I love this facial cleanser, have been using it for a number of years. I have mature skin and it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry afterwards. I do double cleanse since I wear makeup, but I find with any cleanser I have to do this. I thought it was discontinued since I couldn't find it at Target anymore. I found it on Amazon and hoping it was not a fake or expired. It is the real thing. I bought 2 and one of the pumps didn't work. Easily returned it and was sent a replacement. It has a really nice, soft scent. I don't like any products that are scented especially a strong rose scent, but I can barely smell it and if I do, I enjoy it.

Long time user and I really love it. I actually look forward to washing my face. It has the perfectly balanced amount of exfoliant to cleanser to sudsy ratio. Plus, the beads are not gritty but gentle. It removes all of my makeup, and I'm a performer, so at times I wear a good deal of eye makeup. Just a small amount, not even near a full pump, and I use all over, even eyes, within 30 seconds of gentle wash and Voila. No residue or leftover beads at all, ever. Bonus, it smells like a spa wash. Skin feels super clean with a glow. I use morning & night and sometimes a half a pump in the shower for body exfoliation. A little goes far so it lasts long.

I like the smell, smells like the pool locker room. Feels bubbly and luxurious and seems to clean my skin without leaving residue. Pump does not pump however.

So, this stuff is OK. It does make the skin feel clean and has a nice texture. Only need a little to get lots of suds. However, I'm not a super fan of the smell (it's not BAD, it's just not like....oooooh, I love the smell!!!...sort of thing). Doesn't do the best job of removing eye makeup (will leave the black "fade" under your eyes), so I use something else for my eyes first. Also, the pump came broken. Didn't want to return it since I'd read that so many others had the same problem and it isn't that big of a deal. I just pull the stick out and rub some on my fingers before applying to my face. I prob wouldn't purchase again.

I’m a former esthetician. I have used very expensive skincare for years. I purchased this, still having some remaining of another cleanser but I was excited to try it. So I did! I am hooked! I don’t remember having a sudsing cleanser that left my skin so moisturized! I’m talking moisture that lasts overnight! AND it’s budget friendly! How did I not know about this product before? I did have an issue with the pump. It was a challenge to get it started and I thought it was broken. My first use of the cleanser was from unscrewing the pump lid and taking a bit of the cleanser from the pump tube. I used too much and it took a bit of effort to get it rinsed off but still liked how my skin felt. I reattached the pump and the next morning it worked fine. BTW, it takes very little product. I’m exploring the other Bliss products to see which ones I want to try next.

3rd time ordering each time bottle is broken or has leaked in transit, returned 1, 2nd time wanted an exchange was told no so i had to transfer into another bottle, stupid me tried a 3rd time -broken again pain in the ass., but a good product! not even going to ask for a empty bottle because it’ll be broken so it is what it is anyone else experiencing this problem? wish you’d just fix the bottle please
