Just installed and everything working as it should. Mounting screws aren't the greatest, but used some of my own to also attached the side. With the top and sides mounted, the base is very secure. I wish is attached via two screws on the inside, but the one does suffice. Programming was fairly straight forward for both the keypad and biometric. No issues with installing amazon rechargeable AAA's or getting the battery hold back in as stated on another review. Very happy initially (especially considering the comparable cost). Long term, we will see.

Has consistently opened when needed, Would like light to be optional as if there were an emergency it would give the intruder a target. Easy to mount. Another thing I would change would be the wait time if there is a miss opening it. Critical time delay in an emergency.

Fit just right on the side of the dresser. Fingerprint reader a little finicky but does read within four tries; if more tries it times out for five minutes. If you want in before that you need the key. Light inside is nice. Will not fit a suppressed pistol.

I am having the same issue: I give credit to the quality of the device on the sturdyness. However, 1 star review because of the company and my experience. I attempted to contact the seller, however, they never replied. 1 star because the company failed to respond and help fix the issue. Hope if I ever need to get my gun in urgency it works. Might just use it as a safe for my documents to be safe.
