This case is better than some and is certainly acceptable. It's about the same quality case I have received free with tool and/or firearms. The plastic isn't flimsy, but neither is it super sturdy. The thick pre-cut foam is easily tailored to your device, so that's a plus versus cases with the cheapo egg crate style foam. There are better cases available for similar cost, but there are also worse ones and some of those you can get for 50% to 75% of the cost of this one are just crappy.

Great case for any pistol. Opens easily but still very secure as it requires two hands to open. The case can be locked in two locations. Adjustable layers of foam on the bottom and egg crate foam in the top. After purchasing this the seller sent me a surprise gift. They sent me their piistol cleaning case inside a black handle which I will store in my go bag. Also included was a flat metal decreative piece about 2" by 3" which has cut outs for all sizes of nuts and screw sizes for working on your gun. This multipurpose tool is painted like the flag on one side and stainless on the other side. The tools are endless and include so much more than I need. Thank you Cedar Mill Firearms for this very kind gift. I will never buy another case than what these folks sell. Thy absolutely earned my business in the future.

I was looking for replacement for for the green car I have. A whole new black case was cheaper than the foam. I like these cases. I got them to travel originally. Do NOT put TSA locks on gun cases while flying. Only you should have a key to unlock and TSA will page you IF they need inside.

I like this case. I didn't want to spend a lot on a case and didn't need anything fancy. It's just to travel to the range with a 22LR pistol. It holds that and 2 magazines very nicely. You pick the small pre-cut foam pieces to the size you need. It closes solidly and stays closed. There is a hole for my lock. It does what it says it will at a great value. If I had a very expensive firearm and were going to travel a lot with it, I would upgrade to something sturdier. But this fit my needs perfectly, hence the 5 stars.

The product works as it should. There are several layers of foam, which is nice. The main issue is that occasionally the slide lock on either side might bind up a little bit. It’s not too bad and you can push it free, but it lacks that premium feel; for the price it’s OK for sure.
