Description

Experience the flexibility of the new RAGAR reconfigurable and reusable protective foam system for Eylar hard cases. The Eylar 11.65-inch protective gear hard case is designed to secure your equipment for transport or storage. Injection molded from reinforced high-pressure polypropylene plastic that is waterproof and crushproof. Adaptive pressure equalization valve to release built up air pressure allowing for atmospheric compensation when transported at high / low altitudes and within cargo vacuums. This hard case comes with 3 layers of foam designed to keep your equipment firmly in place: 1 fully customizable pull and pluck cubed foam layer, 1 solid layer and 1 layer of egg-crate foam padding for the lid. A crushproof folding carry handle makes this case easy to transport or store inside a backpack or small bags. Meet TSA’s strict requirements for transport on airplanes in the USA (when using padlocks). A waterproof seal is formed when the case is latched closed applying pressure to a rubber gasket that is molded to the perimeter of the case. Fully submerged waterproof protection up to 1 meter. Resistant to extreme heat and freezing cold with a working temperature range of -20° F (-29 ° C) to 140° F (60 ° C). Two press and pull snap latches secure the full length of the hard case. Fits compact cameras, mobile devices, gear and lenses securely with an inner storage area of 10.54" x 6.04" x 3.16" inches. Two pad lock adaptable fittings allow for secure storage at home or on the go. Featuring edge to edge crushproof protection up to 3,000 LBS of directly dispersed weight. Uniform ridges on the top and bottom create an in line stackable design for multi case transport. Secure valuables inside this case by adding padlocks to the 1/4" padlock hasps. Open the pressure valve to allow captured air pressure to equalize when traveling at different altitudes. Includes 1 layer of customizable cubed foam, 1 egg-crate top layer and 1 bottom liner padding layer.

This case is rock solid, and great fro flying with pistols. I use this every time I travel. Its heavy duty for sure. Great quality and easy to use. It has the pluck foam so you can customise for your pistol and ammo. I want to preface that I have my CCW The pistols where UNLOADED and I followed TSA regulations when packing. This case come with 3 layers of padding in the case. One on the bottom, one middle thick pad, then one in the lid. I was able to get 2 Smith and Wesson Shield 9mm plus's, 4, 13 round magazines and a box of 50 rounds of ammo in it. I packed the magazines under the middle foam 2 on the left and 2 on the right with the box of ammo in the middle. Then placed the middle thick foam in place. I placed the 2 pistols on the middle foam in a yin/yang type pattern. Then closed the lid. and secured with the latches and padlocks. It is a pretty tight fit but it works. Nothing moved and was all in place and safe. TSA in 4 different airports had NO issues with it and said it all looked good. Outstanding hard case with two latches to add lock of your choice to secure. I used it recently to transport a handgun, 2 magazines and two small boxes of ammunition in it, inside my checked luggage. Cleared major airline standards and TSA standards, no issues at all. Do allow an extra hour to your checkin time at airport for the process of departure and arrival. DO NOT use TSA accessible locks on this box! The box can only be opened by you in your presence. You will have to go to the baggage claim office at your arriving airport as they will not place the checked luggage with your handgun on the luggage carousel. ... show more

I can really appreciate the quality of this product, especially given its price point. Haven’t tested the water resistance and don’t necessarily plan to. Ordered this to house a full size 1911. Big mistake - it will not fit. These cases are much smaller on the inside than I had initially thought, but that’s my mistake not the product’s. It now happily houses 4 single stack (primers/tips facing up) magazines, a flashlight, and various chargers and accessories for my range days. For anyone with a compact/subcompact this would be great. I have no gripes about the quality of this product and I honestly feel I could drop it out of my car without damaging its contents. ... show more
