The bike is great and fast for its price. I would recommend replacing the brake calipers tho, as the ones that came broke and can’t brake properly after more than 200 miles Update 01/23/2026: You might want to consider replacing both tires and tubes if you want less flats as my rear tire tube has been patched 3 times already I still give the rating to 4 stars because the bike in general is great for doing deliveries and commuting as long as the electrical system is not broken ... show more

The tires are cheap, back tire flat after 2 days, can’t reach anyone at customer service. Having to spend 175 bucks to get tubes that won’t go flat from a sticker! Seems like a common theme with these e bikes

This is really a great bike. I have three boys(11, 13 & 16yrs old) and they all enjoy riding this bike. It was packaged well and easy to put together. It took less than an hour. I would highly recommend this for new E-bike buyers. If I had to say anything it’s a little big for my 11 year old to reach the asphalt while sitting. Es pesada pero resistente su estructura y su funsio en terrenos es genial sabiendo utilizar su sistema .solo e tenido dos problemas en las primeras pruebas me ponche y tube que arreglar su llanta después uno de los pedales se soltó pero como fanatico a las bisicletas lo tube que solucionar
