This pergola is such a good find. It looks good, has a solid construction and the price is hard to beat. Assembly isn’t difficult but can be a little tedious so make sure you take your time on some of the smaller pieces. I would recommend getting a power drill with an Allen bit attachment because you will be screwing in LOTS of hex screws. We got this done between two days, working about 5 hours each day with two people.

This gazebo is well made, all parts are made of quality material. I chose to have it securely anchored on a paver patio due to hurricanes that occur in the US northeast. It has been through 2 years of winters with no sign of rust or leakage from the roof. It did take 2 people to build the structure. The instructions were a bit confusing at first, but we easily worked through them. Overall, I am very happy with the product and the customer service is great.

This is a good sturdy gazebo. Assembly was not too difficult, but that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The roof panels didn't fit together perfectly, so while there is no leaking due to overlap, the corregated metal doesn't fit into the other panels completely. The dark curtains are also showing some fading after just 1 summer, although that's probably normal. I have mounted a heater, solar lights and a TV.. it makes a nice little outdoor living area:)

I love the look on my patio. It is has plenty of room and very sturdy if you finish the job. My son and I put this together in about 8 hours but I ran out of daylight. I was going to anchor it the next day because the weather showed nothing bad that night. A freak storm did hit and it blew it over. If I had of finished it would of been fine. I reached out to the seller to purchase the parts I needed to repair it and they took such good care of me!!! I told them what happened and they sent me the parts I needed free of charge. I will be buying more of their products for multiple reasons. Great products and excellent customer support! Thank You HAPPATIO

The instructions were unclear at first, and the video it came with was not very helpful. Nonetheless, it was not impossible! I am most impressed with the customer service, they were very attentive and quick to reply to us with the help we needed. Would recommend for the customer service alone! The product though is itself pretty nice. It does exactly as advertised and it provides shade and protection from the elements. If you need the best gazebo in the world, this isn’t it. But if you want a gazebo that does exactly what you want it to, with excellent customer service, this is it. (:

The assembly took me and my husband probably 6 to 8 hours. It wasn’t difficult, it was just tedious work. We’ve had this up for about two months now and it’s been great thus far. I’ve had a lot of compliments on it. Some of my neighbors came by to check it out in hopes to buy one someday. The look is very sleek. It does leak in some spots but that is probably our own fault during set up. My husband did have to make A few holes a little bigger to make things easier. I just hope it makes it through the winter. It seems very sturdy so it should be fine.

The value for the price is excellent. I assembled it by myself with no problems. I did as explained open the three cartons, Identified all parts, seems to be a million of them. And started carefully where it would stand. All parts easily fit together, holes aligned without any problems. I damaged a zipper and curtain hanging clip “Q” as described in parts list. I contacted customer support, describing my problems an wanted to pay for an order new. Customer support replaced the parts at no cost to me . Excellent product , excellent customer support. I live in northern Minnesota an have no doubt it will standup to our cold an snow this winter.

Although I only helped a little bit with the pulling up process it did take the time required maybe a tad bit more I think that was because it was so hot! But this gazebo is built the right way! It is beautiful and gives me the ability to sit out in my backyard without the sun in my eyes! We have no complaints. Great gazebo!
