I love that this set came fully assembled except the table. The table had all the hardware and easy to follow directions for assembly. The furniture is exactly as pictured and described. My husband commented on how sturdy and aesthetically pleasing it is. My only dislikes are the few spots that are scuffed (shown in pictures). It seems it could’ve been from packaging/shipping. It was packaged really well (I wish I would’ve taken pics of how it came packaged). There are 1 or 2 pieces of the wicking that are broken and could come unraveled, but I’m keeping an eye on them and could mitigate with some type of tape or something. All in all, I’m pleased and happy and hope it holds up well and lasts a long time. I’ll be purchasing a cover for the winter months (we live in TN). ... show more

Purchased this set and love it! Was somewhat disappointed, though, because the title indicated that I was going to receive a sofa, 2 swivel chairs with ottomans and a coffee table. I had noticed the picture showed regular chairs that did not swivel but I used the customer service search which indicated they would be swivel chairs. They are definitely not swivel chairs. So be aware when you buy the set that what is indicated in the title may not be what they are sending. Other than not receiving exactly what they described, I do love the set and it is very comfortable. Cushions are nice and soft and plenty of space. Sturdy attractive, and comes assembled, except for the coffee table, which took about 20 minutes to easily put together, though faster with a socket wrench/ratchet than it is with the wrench they supply. The media could not be loaded. This furniture came quickly upon buying. The delivery was easy and was delivered straight to my patio. My husband was at work and I was able to assemble the couch and coffee table by myself in little time. The cushions are comfortable and such a great color! The throw pillows look so nice too!Love the furniture in our space, we were worried that it would be too bulky for a smaller area but it can definitely be adapted to a large or small area since you can move the ottomans and chairs around easily! It's amazing that all of this furniture came in the size box that it did...which means some assembly is most DEFINITELY required. Luckily my husband is handy and owns a nice selection of power tools. It did take the two of us to put it together...it's easier to put the bolts/screws/washers/etc in when someone else is holding the pieces together. The furniture is very sturdy and comfortable. I love the dark blue color! I love the pattern on the throw pillows! I love the shape of the seatbacks! My husband is over 6 ft tall and he is comfortable sitting on it. Bought this patio set and just over two years later the cushion covers (all of them) ate disintegrating like the one pictured. I have lots of outdoor furniture and cushions. Never seen this happen before. Obviously a cheap material that should never be on an outdoor product. Buyer beware.

When ordered only delivery option was free scheduled delivery, so I selected the time as directed. The delivery company arrived in the time window. When the box containing the set would not fit through my side gate they just dumped the box in the front garden and insisted I sign for delivery or they would take the set away. I was told I should have ordered "white glove" service if I wanted the box opened and the pieces moved to the final location. I told the delivery personnel this had not been an option when I ordered the product and offered to pay for the service then. They refused and left. I spent a frustrating and fruitless 45 minutes on the phone to the delivery company who ultimately told me that because there had been no option on Amazon to select their White Glove service they could not help me and to contact Amazon. After a further long and frustrating call with Amazon who clearly have no comprehension of the meaning of customer service, they admitted that there had only been one delivery option when ordering this item - the free scheduled delivery. So beware if you have limited delivery access! Having finally unpacked and transported the set, the love seat and table were pretty easy to put together - using a ratchet really helps speed up the process. The completed set looks great, appears to be of good quality, solid and sturdy when sitting on the pieces. The cushions are comfortable and the overall look is great. ... show more
