I bought two of these for a summer property in Maine. They look great in the yard, we’ve had many neighbors compliment them. With two I’m able to fit all my yard tools in them. One has my mower, weed wacker and blower. The other has all the hand tools. My mower is a small ryobi 13 inch electric (great mower for a small yard). It folds up and fits in nicely. A big mower wouldn’t fit. Most of my hand tools fit I easily except my leaf take which I had to cut 6 inches off the handle. I have a small yard and was happy to find something that looked nice and would fit. It’s small but with a few tweaks my stuff fit. They are lightly built. After 1 year I reinforced the bottoms to add strength. I expected to have to do this because some of the tools are heavy. They were very easy to assemble. Overall very happy with them. ... show more

    • Perfect for my needs; wish packaging was better tho
I needed a small shed to hold my gardening supplies (small shovel, hands shovel, weeding tools, flower seeds, small pots, bird seed, plant food, etc.) I also wanted something “pretty” as opposed to solely utilitarian. This cute and functional shed fit the bill perfectly! The only issue is that one of the framing pieces arrived with a long, thin crack. We’d already unpackaged all the pieces when we noticed this and I groaned at the idea of putting everything back in the packaging and returning it for an exchange. Luckily though my husband was able to fix it with wood glue and a couple of discreetly placed screws. Unless you knew where it was, you’d never see it. So to that end, the packaging could have been better/more secure. Overall, I’m very pleased with this shed and use it daily. ... show more

    • Doesn’t fit the larger bins

Fits the smaller city trash bins but not the larger size (by like half an inch, the lid of the can is a tight fit because it hangs over the bin more) . Also the door slats are slanted so there’s a larger gap on one side of the door than another. Latch comes open easily and also had to move one of the side latches so that the side latch and the door latch could meet one was higher than the other so wouldn’t close. Instructions were very confusing and took much longer to build than it should have. Looks good and can at least get one of my bins in. Will have to look at other options for the other two larger bins. ... show more

The shed is very cute and that is why I purchased it. As buyers pointed out, it is not the sturdiest. Not sure how long it will last, but hoping it will be functional for basic gardening equipment. Claims to. be waterproof, but going to put a coat of clear water proofing just in case. One of the wood slats came off in shipping but I was able to reattach without a problem. ... show more

If you live in a place that isn't super windy or gets alot of wet weather then this will be ok and it does look nice but with how thin the wood pannels are and how they are joined ( tounge and groove joint glued together) I wouldn't really trust its durability and water proofness. First things first, I thought this was a more natural wood color - it is not, it really is an orangey/yellow type stain on it. I actually just painted ours gray. But it works really well for our trash bins. We ended up leaving the doors off the front for easy access for our garbage men. But the top is great - because it opens up for easy throwing away, but then closes to deter wildlife from opening up the tops. ... show more

I really like this little garden house. It’s super cute. Was pretty easy to put together. We are using it to hide the hose and for sunscreen , bug spray and small garden tools. My only complaint is the door was a bit warped so it doesn’t stay shut. I just put a little lock on it to keep it shut.

For the cost of this bin storage, I was very disappointed with how flimsy it was when put together and equally frustrated when the bin would not fit in. I utilized the measurements provided on Amazon and measured my bin multiple times to be sure before I purchased.
