What an awesome value! This is a great starter kit for anyone looking to get some boxing workouts in at home. It includes everything you need, plus extras like a jump rope. The gloves aren’t the highest quality, but they’re more than sufficient for home workouts. The bag feels quite sturdy and, although I’ve hardly used it yet, it looks great and seems like it will last a very long time. I stuffed it with shredded tires, like the kind on a playground, and it’s holding up well.

It was definitely my fault for not realizing that this bag was not pre-filled. I've been researching what to fill it with and have found some very useful videos of using sand and clothing (which I plan on trying soon). But I can't help but to feel it is a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that, it seems to be decent enough of quality. I purchased this for my 10 year old son and plan to hang it out in the garage. It comes with all the accessories for hanging as well as the boxing gloves. We'll see how well the set holds up over time.

This punching bag is great for a great workout and getting your aggressions out. It’s helpful to exercise and reduce stress. It’s very strong and heavy and sturdy and very resilient. It’s a great part of our fitness routine and it’s great to strengthen and tone our muscles.

Here's my take on the Goblfu Hanging Punching Bag. First, it doesn't come filled so be ready for a DIY project. Once stuffed (I used sand and old clothes), this thing's is great! The PU leather feels sturdy, and it's held up to the daily beat downs of several teenaged boys, my husband, and countless grandchildren. It has also survived my triplets so far... Very impressive! The included gloves are a nice bonus, decent for beginners. Hanging it was a bit of a hassle, but hey, what good workout doesn't have a little sweat involved? Besides, my sweet husband did it for me. Overall, solid bang for your buck if you're looking to get your aggression out without breaking the bank, or putting holes in your walls.

Excellent bang for the buck. Comes with all accessories needed for mounting the bag (add your own old clothes for filling). The kids like strapping the reaction ball to their heads and jabbing away. Jump rope is easily adjustable for length and weight.

A great set with everything you needed to start boxing. I like that the bag isn’t filled. It’s a great way to put your seasonal clothing away for whatever time of the year. Clever. I ordered this because I thought my boxing bag was stolen. I really like the accessories it came with, especially the gloves and the elastic bands. And the tools to put it up. I’m using a stand instead of putting it up on the ceiling. It works nicely. I’m enjoying it.
