This is actually a very nice set that includes: self-fillable bag, set of nice boxing gloves, a hand exerciser, jump rope, mounting hardware to hang up the bag. The 4ft bag can be filled with just about anything: old baby clothes, clothes and sand mix, foam & sawdust mix, etc. We filled outs with the foam & sawdust mix this time. The mounting hardware to hang it is sturdy, just make sure you are anchored into a stud/beam/steel/etc as you will be hitting the bag and ordinary wallboard will not hold it. It will work with a standing mount / rack for bags too. The bag can take a beating from punches to kicks. The seams & sewing are straight and sturdy. The gloves are easy to use. We were able to put them on and take them off easily without assistance - they have a velcro strap to tighten them up with is easy to to do even with the other glove on. The hand exerciser thingy (grip squeeze) is good. I use a stronger one but this is a good starter version and allows you to adjust the tension so you can use more or less strength to squeeze the grip. The jump rope was not impressive, we put it away. It is better than nothing and good item for a starter kit but we didn't need it. The stand out items are the bag quality and mounting kit, and the boxing gloves. We've been missing our old bag after it broke and we're happy to have something to work out with again.

Good value for the bag and all the hardware and pieces that go with. We have a standing mount for hanging bags, so we didn’t hook it from the ceiling. Filled with a sawdust/shredded memory foam mixture. Takes a hit. Seams are straight and tightly stitched, surface is tough. Good deal for the complete kit.

This is a very nice high quality punching bag. Nice and leather. Very soft to the touch. Really nice boxing gloves and stuff as well as an exerciser for your wrist and forearms to strengthen your muscles and nose as well. I don't really care for the jump rope. It's super thin and I hate the handles but it is good enough to do the trick that is definite. This does require sand to fill before hanging but for the value it's worth the price to get your own sand this is an extremely nice training set I absolutely love it. I think this is the nicest punching bag Ive ever had the stich work and material it's made of makes me very happy because it's decent quality it sucks having a bad for a week or two before punching a hole into it for being cheap but j wont have this problem this time around and this comes with everything you need besides filler to get started on training and exercise

This punching bag set is fantastic. The bag feels durable and well-constructed, with good included mounting hardware. It came unfilled as stated, which actually worked out great—I was able to stuff it to my preferred density using old clothes and a little sand, and it’s held up really well during training. The included gloves are a nice bonus. They offer solid punching support and padding, perfect for my home gym. If you're looking for a solid, affordable, self fill-able bag set to train at home, this is a great choice.

This bag set checks every box for home training. The 4ft bag has the perfect size and weight once filled (I used shredded fabric and some sandbags for core weight), and the PU leather feels durable and holds up great under combo work. Swings just right, not too wild, not too stiff. The 12oz gloves that come with it are comfortable with good wrist support, perfect for beginner to intermediate striking. The bag is made of quality material and is of a good size. I like that they included some gloves, and they are also very nice. What I really like is that this set comes with everything you need to get started and hang it. I have ours in the garage, and the hanger is made from decent steel or an alloy but feels sturdy. I wanted something to add to my workout, and this is great. I think this is an excellent set and worth the money. It functions great! I would highly recommend.
