Like any project like this it takes a bit of work and there are always a few supprises. I puchased this unit since I wanted to build my own floor. The floor I built was similar to the one in the manaual, but I added ground screws as required by local ordinace. The rest of the kit went together fairliy easily. I used a nail gun so I made a few fastner updates. After the first winter the shed looks and feels as solid a day one. Be sure to read the instructions carfully. This shed was delivered in very good condition. It was very well packaged on one pallet. The shed itself weighed 1300lbs. The only drawback to this was I had to store it in the garage as the delivery people couldn’t get it to the backyard. It took almost a half a morning to unpack and move to the backyard. I did the assembly of this shed by myself, I would recommend another pair of hands.🙌 it would make it go much faster. It took another day for me to put up the four sides, I have yet to put up the roof. From what I have observed, this shed is very well designed with solid material. The wood was cut precisely, I just wished they marked them. That would have save a lot of time. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. So everything came in the package. The only thing that I ended throwing away was the pallet it came on. Revised: I probably over engineered this but used 3” screws to screw the 2x4 together and also used 41/2” anchor bolts to anchor the shed to my foundation. The roof is now up but I still have to put down the felt paper and shingles. Overall it was a fun project and provides me with a little insight into how a house is put together. Next will be to paint and run power to this shed and installing an A/c unit and some lights for it. I recommend this shed! It is sturdy and very solid! As long as you caulk and protect the seams this shed should not have any issue. Revised 5/29/2025 My wife painted the doors. This shed now has been through a major windstorm and some serious rain. It held up very well. Everything inside is nice and dry. I don’t remember what I paid for it but whatever it was, it was worth it! My neighbors complimented how good it looks from his side of the yard. Revised 5/12/26 I am glad I bought this shed. It has held up very well in Houston Tx! This shed is going to last. I am guessing a new coat of paint every 5-10 years should do the trick. ... show more
