    • Bright, Well-Built Flashlight with Great Bonus Features
Set name: SF2000-BG-Lens
I’m really impressed with this flashlight. The first thing you notice is how incredibly bright it is. It feels well made and durable. It's a little on the heavy side, but to me that's a fair tradeoff because it feels solid and built to last. I also tried the built-in fire-starting feature. It does work, but it takes a steady hand and a little patience. As the instructions mention, it works much better on darker materials that absorb the light. I was able to get a business card smoking pretty quickly, and I'm confident it would eventually produce a flame if you stayed with it long enough and used the right material. Overall, this is an excellent flashlight with some really useful extra features. If you're looking for a bright, rugged flashlight with emergency capabilities, I think this one is definitely worth considering. Five stars from me! ... show more

    • Super Bright High Quality
Set name: SF1097-Black-Lens
I just received it this morning but it didn't take long to see a quality product. Comes in heavy duty box with plenty of insulation for no damage. Has a huge separate Lithium battery, I'm pretty sure is replaceable. Flashlight is HEAVY!! The Ignition Lens is thick glass in a heavy threaded aluminum ring. Has a soft felt carry bag. This thing turned night to day. Unbelievably bright. I've never seen a flashlight so bright in my life. Very white light. Has three brightness levels and a strobe. I got a good deal on the price. The very next day it almost doubled in price, that I never would have paid. Highly recommended at the around $30 I paid. ... show more

    • Super bright— lives up to that claim, but doesn’t start fires
Set name: SF1097-Black&Gold-Lens
It won’t actually light fires, but it’s easily the brightest flashlight I’ve ever had. Solid build, _super_ bright. On the spotlight setting, I can shine it on a wall inside my house, and the reflection hurts my eyes! I can shine my “former” brightest LED flashlight in spotlight mode, and this one is brighter in the same way that your first LED was brighter than your incandescent maglight — not subtle, massively brighter. I just used it on a week-long camping trip and the battery easily held up the whole week. That said, I like that it uses a replaceable battery, so you can have a spare with you if you need to. Also, the power gauge is really nice to have, so you don’t have to guess about how much charge you have left. They really seem to believe that you can start a fire with it, but I couldn’t get it to burn paper— i screwed in the firestarting lens and focused as described. No fire (and i’ve started fires with the sun and a magnifying glass before). But still a great flashlight. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it didn’t hold up to the fire starter claim. I really don’t care about that feature, but sikce they claimed it, I figured it should be able to do it in order to get all the stars. As just a flashlight, easily 5 stars! ... show more

    • Everyone should keep one in their home, vehicles, and farm equipment if you farm.
Set name: SF1097-Black-Lens
This is much better than bulky spotlights. We did a test on the spotlight feature on a straight road, spotlight was seen a mile away. We got our other “top of the line” spot light and did the same thing, the light wasn’t seen at same distance as the Sky Fire. Sky fire isn’t bulky, it’s easy to change from spotlight to regular flashlight. The attachment to start a fire is easy to apply and it does work! I am going to purchase one for my son, one for his wife, one for my daughter and one for my 83 year old father. We all live in remote areas, we all farm, and the skylight is so portable, we can each carry one. It is also a theft deterrent, we have pivots, copper is stolen periodically, but this light is bright, shine it towards the pivots and would be copper thieves leave. I haven’t had to charge mine yet, so battery life is great. I even dropped it and a horse stepped on it, no damage done, so it is well made. I can’t say enough good things about it. Worth every penny. Thank you Skyfire for producing a quality product. ... show more

    • The brightest flashlight I've ever used. It does get hot on "high" setting but not dangerous.
Set name: SF1097-Black&Gold-Lens
This is an amazing flashlight because it is so bright. Also adjustable on 3 levels of brightness. I spare lens comes with the flashlight to light small dark ccolored paper or fuzz on fire which would be great for campers.
