It does a great job but it's not lightweight. Plus, there were rust drippings all over the outside of the steamer. I cleaned it thoroughly & dumped out any water left behind. When I ironed a shirt a couple of rusty spots came out onto the shirt. It's not easy to get those rust spots out. I don't remember reading to use DISTILLED water only! Am I missing something? Thanks.     • Ready to use in less than a minute
After reading the instruction booklet and seeing it would be ready to use after just 30 seconds from plug in, I was pleased. And it delivered. I tested the steamer out on a wrinkled T-shirt and the wrinkles did fall when I used the technique described in the instructions. I’ve only tried it on the lower of the 2 settings. It’s pretty light weight, easy to use and effective. I think it would be okay to travel with but it’s a tad too bulky to bother with if there’s an iron where you are going. My initial steamer didn’t work and customer service was very helpful when I emailed (it was outside of the return window) and sent a replacement right away. I’m happy with my purchase. ... show more

Really good..I use it all the time. It really works took a while to know how to use it but it’s really good.

    • Functional, but you can find a better one.
I mean it technically works so it's not terrible. It has two main problems. First, the stream is not consistent. It works great for a few minutes and then it plugs up for minutes at a time where you are shaking it to get consistent steam. Now I'm sure part of the problem is I'm using tap water and their are deposits already but I have two comments here: it was doing that right out of the box and also the one I had before lasted many years with tap water. So you can find better. Second, there is a leak in mine and it will drip droplets of water onto your shirts and the floor. The leak is where the tank meets the device. In the end it is not a huge problem as who cares if you get water on the shirt as really that just helps get out the wrinkles I suppose. In summary. I had one before that was way better than this one. This one technically works, it could just be a whole lot better experience. I'm sure you can find a better one for the same money. ... show more

I bought it to prepare for both my sons graduations. Honestly, it helped so much because it blasted out the steam covering big areas of the gowns and clothes. This steamer cut my time in half, Just perfect!!!
