Does the job
Color: red
This product is small but mighty. It does the job nicely. Need to be careful not to burn yourself. I’ve used it on the grout in my kitchen and the shower. It’s worked well.

Steam cleans well, but part missing
Color: red
Bought this for my mom who wanted to clean her windows. She loved it, but there is a part in the nozzle that is missing (as the picture shows). I tried contacting the seller, but no response yet. If the cleaner comes complete, yes I would recommend the item.

No Control
Color: white
I had high hopes for this. However you literally have 0 control over it once it's turned on it sprays the same on 0 or 9. You have no way to stop the steam unless it's completely shut off.

Great steamer that functions and looks as described
Color: white
I've had various types of portable steamers, and I had the opportunity to try this one. My experience and impression were of astonishment. It really "vaporizes." As with other steamers, it does get very hot. But as long as you hold the handle where you are supposed to, there should not be any issues. The water is easy to refill. This steamer is a great spot cleaner, deodorizer, and degreaser. I especially love that it cleans without the need for chemicals. The device looks exactly like the one pictured. The price is fair considering the functionality of the steamer.

Serious Steam
Color: white
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this steamer more for steaming tapestries and for installing leather upholstery. This little unit makes some serious steam as you can see in the video. My partner said the steam wasn't as hot as she expected, I'm guessing it's losing some temp in the hose. I know this was meant for cleaning and I'm sure it will do well at that task. I do wish it had some kind of a steaming tip instead of just the brushes. That said its a nice compact little unit and it does make steam fast.
