Okay so there are two versions of this fan. There is the original one and the 'upgraded' version. I have both. Here's the differences: 1. The original has a smaller water tank. 2. The original has a colorful light that turns on when you click the power button twice. 3. The upgraded version charges usb c while the original one uses usb micro. 4. The upgraded version comes with a wrist strap while the original one did not come with this. That's about it. My final thoughts: I'd definitely prefer the upgraded version. The power button feels smoother when you press on it (upgraded version) plus the larger water tank means i don't need to refill it as often. The wrist strap is also a nice add-on. The colorful light option on the original version is a bit useless in my opinion. Other then my 4 year old enjoying the pretty colors that's probably the most benefit you'd get with that feature :p Take note that the mist is very fine and adds just a tiny bit more of a cooling feel so don't set your expectations too high. Overall, I really like this fan. It's lightweight and has so many different ways you could mount this. I love it so much that I bought one for each of my kiddos. I've had the original for almost a year and have dropped it a ton of times so far it's holding up well--the upgraded version feels just as sturdy. To be honest with you, when I first received the product, I was disappointed in the advertisement, and claim to have a light feature with it where the light would circulate to different colors, but that was the older version of the product, and it was difficult to get that functioning properly with just the one touch button on the unit so they phase that out For this newer product without that feature I complain to the company and I was wondering if I had gotten the wrong product they explain to me what happened and said they would update their information and pictures of the product. I was happy to hear that other than that the only problem I have with the product is that I wish the spray screen would be a little bit more mistier, if that’s a word stronger, but other than that, it certainly works, and I did cool down the Immediate Area around the face and wherever you pointed it so it does work it was just that feature that I was worried about but I did contact the seller and they sent me straight on what was going on so I feel happy now and would recommend this product home quick relief travel at the beach where are you need it quick relief ... show more

I brought two of these to the Fair for the equestrian shows. It was hot! Our family...especially our rider was constantly cooling off with these fans. I brought my solar charger and didn't have to charge til the end of the day. I highly recommend them and will be taking them to Thailand this year. I think I could have sold cases of them over the show weekend. Everyone came up to see where I got them and my granddaughter was going to start charging them a fan fee to cool off. This fan was amazing. I bought it for a trip to Las Vegas where it was expected to be 110 degrees everyday. And then the AC in my hotel broke and it got up to 88 in my room! It was miserable, but this fan was a saving grace. It is easy to stand up, which I did on the side table, and left it on all night to blow air on me. The battery life is amazing, I was able to leave this fan on all night and it didn’t die on me. It is also super strong. During the day I set it up to help circulate air in the room and you could feel the difference! We’ve been wanting a misting handheld fan for awhile and I’ve done a lot of shopping around. Finally settled upon this one because it had better reviews than the rest. The fan itself is great. The highest speed is pretty powerful for how small it is. We really like it and get a lot of use out of it on one charge. The only downside is the misting feature is pretty weak. I belong to a dance club and I bought this to cool me off when I've been dancing a lot. The dance floor gets really stuffy when it's crowded. It works great, was nicely packed with great instructions and a little bottle to fill the water reserve. The 3 speeds are a good feature and it fits in my purse. My favorite fan! Powerful for the size, and you can either hold it or set it down on a surface and bend it to get the angle you need. Adding water really does help cool the air down (it doesn't just spray water in your face like lower-powered fans). Good battery life and water capacity (upgraded version). What a blessing to use while working at the office or when i went into labor with my second child, this fan came in handy! The power this has is not overwhelming, you can adjust to how strong you want it to run. Havent tried the water reservoir but sure it will be just as perfect! Must have!
