I have been having issues with my left wrist twisting up at night. I would wake multiple times during the during the night and my wrist would be in a weird painful position. A friend suggested this wrap because she had the same issues. Worked from first night!!! I no longer have pain. It’s been a game changer for me!! So happy I purchased. I should have done it sooner. Was not the right one for me 😞😞. To tight on my thumb and the inside felt funny and very uncomfortable the outside closure doesn't matter to much there are only 2 at the top below the fingers and at the bottom below the elbow just past the wrist, it needs a 3rd below the thumb directly on the wrist without the 3rd closure I don't have the comfort I need. Then there is the metal bar that supports the shape of the whole thing IF it stays in the area that it's meant to be, a small opening just at the bottom on the inside. This one was just not right. Would like to give 0 stars for pain relief but you can't. If you can get a better one then you should. ... show more

Bought this because of my hand going numb at night while sleeping. So far, it's worked great! Haven't experienced much numbness (a little bit in ny thumb only) and sleeping through the night finally. I did pull out the metal plate inside. I didn't like it that stiff. These are not made for the human forearm. They have no curve in them or shape and are very crudely made. They are just straight with a hole on either side and the hole is in a weird place. The hole edge ended up rubbing against a nerve on the inside of my thumb and I am still having trouble with that nerve, 6 months later. I thought this came with both right and left hands, but it’s just ONE that can go on either hand. With that being said I tested one first and definitely ordered the second one after my first night of sleep with it on. I don’t have carpel tunnel, but being in the service industry I know it’s in my future. As soon as I got pregnant my arms kept falling asleep at night. The whole arm down to the hands. I made multiple chiropractor trips and complained to my doctor, nothing really helped. A nurse friend suggested sleeping with splints and these are AMAZING.
