The freezer itself is great, this should not mess with the functionality of the freezer at all it is cosmetic. It is still a little disheartening to pay good hard earned money to receive a dented up freezer. It does pop out easily if you take a min and fix it. Overall, i would buy it again.

I purchased the 14 cu ft freezer chest and as it states was expecting to get the 70 inch wide freezer. However, the box came with a much smaller freezer. It is actually 54.55 inches wide. If this is important to you then you should look elsewhere. I will say after a few phone calls to Amazon, they finally (30 min call) credited me $150 for the error on their website. ... show more

Freezer worked fine when plugged in. Open the box before they leave as it had dents all over, not apparent from looking at box. I kept item as they were gone and I could live with cosmetic damage.
