My Dream Massage Chair - Pure Relaxation Perfected!
Color: Black
After months of research, I've found absolute perfection in this massage chair! The intelligent 4D rollers don't just massage - they seem to intuitively understand my body's contours, adjusting pressure precisely to work out every knot in my shoulders, back, and legs. When the full-body stretch function engages, I feel like I'm getting the most satisfying morning stretch, but amplified - gently extending me from fingertips to toes with just the right amount of resistance. The generous seat width (a rare find!) means I can truly relax without feeling confined, whether I'm 5'8" or my 6'2" husband uses it. The zero-gravity positioning combined with soothing lumbar heat creates this magical weightless sensation - like I'm floating in a warm cloud while the chair kneads away all my work stress and muscle tension. What really sets it apart: • Effortless controls - The crystal-clear touchscreen responds like a premium tablet, while voice commands work shockingly well even with my mumbling • Thoughtful features - Built-in USB charger keeps my phone powered during sessions • Peace of mind - The 3-year full-coverage warranty shows the company stands behind their product • Exceptional service - Their support team actually answers questions knowledgeably (no robots!) After trying friends' massage chairs that felt gimmicky, this one delivers professional-grade therapy that's transformed my daily routine. Worth every penny for the relief and luxury it brings - I actually look forward to stressful days now because I know what relaxation awaits me at home!

Love it
Color: Black
I recently got the MassaMAX MT398 massage chair, and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made! The massage is super thorough—it hits all the right spots like my shoulders, arms, hips, legs, and even my feet. The airbag massage and stretching function are amazing; I feel so relaxed after every session. My favorite part is the zero-gravity mode. It has three angles, and when I recline, it feels like I’m floating—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The chair itself is really sturdy with its iron frame and faux leather—it looks sleek and can handle up to 260 lbs, so no worries about durability. It’s also super easy to use with the touchscreen and armrest buttons. Setting it up took a little time, but the instructions were clear, and it wasn’t a big deal. Plus, MassaMAX offers a 3-year warranty and great customer support, which made me feel confident about the purchase. If you’re looking for a solid massage chair that won’t break the bank, this one’s definitely worth checking out! Highly recommend!

Love the massage chair
Color: Black
I've been using this chair after my gym sessions for about a month now and honestly can't imagine going back. After a tough workout, I just sink into it, it takes care of the rest. The heat on my lower back and calves is a really nice touch too. It's not overwhelming, just enough to help everything loosen up. And the zero gravity position? It’s amazing. I've literally fallen asleep in it more than once. It comes with a dust cover which I didn't expect but actually use all the time since I have a dog. Totally worth it.

Works as advertised
Color: Black
I would give this a 4-star rating, but given my height of 6'3 and weight of 250lbs, I barely fit in the massage chair. It states it can go up to 6'5 and 330lbs, but I highly doubt it. I would strongly urge anyone over 6'3" and 250lbs to consider bigger, taller massage chairs. Another issue I have with it is that the AI assistant isn't the greatest, but it's not really a dealbreaker. The MassaMax app is buggy as well. I would recommend just sticking to the console. I do wish the console were a little bigger, so it would make it easier to read. It has a little learning curve, but nothing too bad. I would say, from the butt to the neck, the chair has really good massage mechanics and options for a good massage. The lower body and feet are lacking. It also has a very strong, new smell similar to a new car. It takes a few days to air out. Shipping and delivery were great and timely. For the price, this massage chair is a great entry-level option for first-time owners. If you need a massage chair for big and tall people, I would suggest doing more research, but that's typical for us big folks. Overall, no regrets buying it.

The best messagechair i had ever!!!!
Color: Black
I got the black one, and it looks really slick in my living room. But let's be honest, the way it works is the real reason I love it. The 4D massage is the closest thing to real hands I've ever felt. After a workout, I can set it to a gentle mode to help me recover. Or, after a long day at my desk, I can crank it up to really punch into those deep knots. It's crazy how the rollers seem to find exactly where I need the most attention. It works on you from your neck all the way down to your thighs, and the airbags give my shoulders, arms, calves, and feet this perfect, firm squeeze. My absolute favorite is the zero-gravity mode for my back. You feel all the pressure melt away. And when you add the lower back heat, it warms up tight muscles and lets go. They also included some really thoughtful extras. The dust cover is perfect for when I'm not using it. Setting it up was a breeze, and the controls are super easy to figure out. If you're looking for a chair that gives you a personalized, head-to-toe massage and actually makes you feel relaxed, this one is it. I'm using it every day, and I'm even sleeping better because of it.

Great Massage Chair - good price
Color: Black
We tried this chair at a family members home. Have back issues and this was tremendous. It solved some of daily back issues. And is great at night for sore muscles in order to sleep. Note that there was issues ordering - Amazon did say two day deliver but it took a week. And NSD shipper was part of the hold up. I’d ordered directly from the company but the order could not be cancelled. Amazon Customer Service was helpful, just when you spend this much, by the way this was a great price. Especially for the benefits we are enjoying. I did contact the company - great customer service, even though we ordered through Amazon. Be sure to touch base as the instructions have been updated. The company emailed me an updated pdf - again even that was not clear. But the chair so far more than made up for it. Easy to use and although people stated it was noisy, it seems not at all noisy. The access voice system is not worth much but that is an extra and does not affect performance. Nice Bluetooth speakers and the display/ control board could be bigger but again not an issue. The chair I rate 5 stars and the order function 3 stars hence 4 stars. Amazon does a 4-5 star job on our deliveries - figure it is using the third party caused the issues. Although learning that the chair manufacturer has good customer service might have. Erm worth it.

Great massage chair
Color: Black
I’ve had this massage chair for a little over two months now, and I probably use it most in the evenings. We have a home theater setup, so sometimes I’ll sit in the chair while watching a movie, especially on weekends. It’s a pretty nice way to wind down without having to do much of anything. I also use it after longer gaming sessions. After sitting in the same position for a few hours, my back and legs can feel pretty stiff. A massage with the heat on my lower back and calves feels great afterward and helps me loosen up. At this point I already know which settings I like, so I usually just go straight to those. It’s become one of those things I use without really thinking about it anymore, which is probably the best sign that it was a good purchase.
