Hot, RicH Coffee in a Compact Design
Color: Black - Fast Brewing
After going through three Keurig single serve machines that each barely made it a year, I decided it was time to try something different and I’m glad I did. This Hamilton Beach coffee maker may take a little longer to brew and isn’t quite as sleek looking, but the trade off is absolutely worth it. The coffee comes out noticeably hotter and much richer than anything my Keurigs ever produced. It may not win any beauty contests on the counter, but if you actually care about the quality of your coffee, this machine delivers. Solid, reliable, and makes an excellent cup every time, exactly what I was looking for.

Space saving! Totally love it
Color: Black - Fast Brewing
I LOVE THIS MACHINE! It’s so easy to use, works better than the previous model, takes up very little space on my counter, and the coffee is more delicious than the previous model. It isn’t super loud, but it does make a little noise. I love the bold and regular options on the side of the machine because if I need a bolder cup, it makes it perfectly. I highly recommend this machine. Plus it’s affordable compared to similar single cup machines.

Great coffee and great price point
Color: Black - Fast Brewing
I really like this. I've had multiple Keurig machines, but I wanted a less expensive alternative for my travel trailer. What I really like about this, besides the price point, is that you can make precisely the right amount for whatever size mug you're using. No guess work on how many ounces to select for your mug. Simply add desired amount of water to your mug and pour it into the reservoir. This coffee brews substantially hotter than my Keurigs, which is nice. I usually find my coffee does not come out hot enough for cold days with the Keurig. Brews a little slower than the Keurig, which I think makes coffee from this taste better. I love that the machine comes with an attachment to add your own grounds to make a cup, so no need to buy K-cups. This is more versatile and much easier to transport. I recently took mine on a trip to an Airbnb and was the perfect size. It's easier to drain the water for transport too.

14 oz maximum.
Color: Black - Fast Brewing
You can use reusable pods in it, which I didn’t realize and that is a plus. I did not realize it was limited to only 14 oz but am please with it overall, it brews in a reasonable amount of time, it cleans up easily and it doesn’t leak. I feel it was worth the price.

Doesn't last. Waste of $50
Color: Black - Fast Brewing
JUNK!!!!! Would give zero stars if I could. Done buying these Hamilton Beach coffee makers & all single brew coffee makers actually. They all fail, pods are expensive. I ordered 2 of these. One for kitchen, one for guest room. I have had the flex brew for a few years but went through 3 of them, as they all broke within a year but ok. I liked it better than he Keurig which was really a pain. I really only used the single brew side so wanted slimmer one. This one broke 2 days ago, making a HUGE mess all over the place pouring coffee everywhere & everything around it. I only used it for a little over 2 months I think. It was delivered March 20th. Going back to old fashioned coffee brewer that makes a pot of coffee.

Brew basket is not available as a replacement
Color: Black - Fast Brewing
I love the simplicity of this coffeemaker. You choose a k-cup or loose ground coffee and place in the basket, you use your cup to pour water in, you close the lid, you select regular or bold coffee, and voila, fresh hot coffee in a couple of minutes. BUT: if you use the fresh grounds, it would be nice to have a second brew basket, and the basket that comes with this model is no longer available. The new replacement basket doesn't fit very well and you have to force the latch to get it to close. The latch seems flimsy and forcing it seems like a good way to break it. Planned obsolescence at its finest. Since I have brewed a pot of coffee, it's probably too late to return this, so it looks like I'm stuck washing out our single basket in between cups every morning.

Great Value and versatility
Color: Black - Fast Brewing
I love Hamilton Beach coffee makers! I bought this to replace my old HB scoop coffee maker. It's a lovely machine. I like that it can be used for Kcups, loose coffees & teas, as well as for teabag. It heats well, but is louder than my scoops. I hope it lasts as long as my scoops did. Great Value and versatility. Very narrow profile, so it fits nicely on a counter.
