arrived in timely fashion. love the height of seat & back, width of arm rests! i researched for a full year & am confident this is the best set i could get for this price. when boxes arrived it was overwhelming to think all of that (in only two boxes) would come together without major trouble. once my husband & i got started it went well. i didn't pay attention to how long it took but it was okay! only thing i'd change is quality of cushion covers and shade of red. it looks much darker/richer in photos than the cherry red that arrived. i am going to try & scotch gaurd the cushions tomorrow. ... show more

The backs could have been a little taller. Cushions are not that comfortable. Foam is too thin, will probable have new better foam replacements when these wear out which shouldn't be too long. I had foam replaced in my old Patio Furniture and that lasted 10 years. I don't know why they continue to put crappy foam in the cushions but I expect it anymore. They should give you an option for sturdier foam when you purchase the set. ... show more

The directions on how to put these together are annoying and it took me about 6 hours but it was so totally worth it. They are sturdy and very comfy. And “they are a good height and not too low to the ground” according to my 62 yr old mother. 😉🖤🖤🖤

Let me start off by saying I researched (hours, days) outdoor couches on Amazon, FB ads, google and this is the one I ended up buying. The 4 things that were important to me were versatility (being able to do different configurations), the size of the cushions (most other couches have thin cushions that don’t hold up well), a slight angle to the back where you sit and the height of the back. I see so many outdoor couches with straight backs, which is highly uncomfortable, and they’re not very tall. This is for a vacation rental so aesthetics were important when making the choice too. The color was perfect and we were able to match it with a fire pit we also found on Amazon. My husband put the first couch together in a couple hours, the second one went easier since he knew what he was doing. The cushions are definitely waterproof, the water beads off of them, I tested this by running it under the faucet for a little bit. I know people have mentioned rusting, we plan on spray painting the underside to avoid this. This couch replaced a couch and two chairs from a sears outlet and that couch had rusted too. So far we’re really happy with our purchase and are all in for a fraction of the price of most other outdoor couches that lack the height, being waterproof etc. Will update if any issues, the seller was great to deal with. Fingers crossed they come out with some other colors that would work for the deck at our home! ... show more

I've been looking for a set for our covered patio for month and finally decided to pull the trigger on this one. I wanted one with a tall back, which this is not, but it the tallest I've seen of this style at 29in. It was easy to put together and everything lined up for me except for one but it was structurally important. I put it together by myself in a day. The set itself is comfortable and the cushions are nice and thick. I like that there's velcro and tiebacks so it stays in place. It rained last night and some got wet but it just beads up which is nice. Finally, the customer service is IMPECCABLE! I had a few issues in recieving packages and they answered me within hours and expedited shipment. We've had several correspondences and they were extremely helpful and quick to respond. It's so rare to find that these days. I'd definitely order from this company again. ... show more
