The media could not be loaded. This item was everything described... lights, fog... I put it in much deeper water than the instructions say just to see what happens... it diminishes the amount of mist and bubbles... but still worked. The bowl is fairly large and still gets a little bit of water around it but not too bad... This will make an excellent cauldron prop. > wish I could control the lights or turn them off... but I didn't subtract a star because it didn't say you could and other reviews/ questions said you can't. So... it wasn't unexpected. >> I also wish the power cord came out the side, it's kinda hard to control to keep out of the way of the bubbles without tipping it over. Still... so cool!     • You get what you pay for, but it's not bad.
I'm using this sort-of off-spec for what it's designed, I'm using it as a humidifier--that being said, if you keep it on a timer and mind the water level, it works reasonably well. It's a $10 device, and you get what you pay for, but it does work and it looks pretty cool! If you were planning on using it for humidifying a large room, you'd probably wanna look elsewhere, but if you just want a simple Halloween effect--it's worth the money. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We used this in our witches cauldron on Halloween and it was incredible! Generated a ton of fog and lasted for hours for multiple nights. Will definitely be buying more of these next year for more spooky fun.

The media could not be loaded. This worked perfect! We put a large bowl inside the tub - set it on an upside down bowl so that the rim of the large bowl was almost level with the tub. Everyone thought it was dry ice. Great effects!

    • Not enough mist and spurts too much water out of the small tank
Over-all, this is not a bad product, it just didn't meet my needs and I think the description is a little misleading as this does not generate enough mist. I ended up going with a 3 head mister instead. Both spurt way more watter than I want, but I can work around that for my project.

Super easy to use, literally just put them in a bowl of water and they instantly begin to create the fog/mist… Seem to be way more durable to the claims I’ve seen about not running them dry, as there were multiple times that our cauldron ran out of water and they were left on… In my video I do have TWO of them running in about 4 inches of water… ... show more
