The bottle is sealed under the lid. The solution is clear and transparent, has an herbal cent. The long cone nozzle makes it easy to drip drops of solution into pet's ears. The solution flows out of the nozzle fast, so be careful not to pour too much. I use this solution to help my cat and dog clean their ears. Both my pets are ok with it. I pour a few drops into one ear of my pets then massage the ear a bit, then they would shake hard to get rid of the excess liquid. Then I do the same to the other ear. I think they shake a lot out so the massaging part right after drops administration is important to keep the solution inside and let it work before the pets shake it out.

I can't judge this product just yet because I just received it, but I can tell using an eye dropper to administer the correct dose makes life a lot easier.

My dog has a lot of wax, so I tried HALLI Dog Ear Cleaner on her, and it worked. This product softens the wax and helps me get it out, even if it makes me want to puke. Additionally, it lessens the odor in her ear. I think the amount of product they give you is good value for the money. The fact that it cleans the animal's ears of dirt and debris is one of its advantages. The stuff has a faint, pleasant scent to it. Simple to follow directions and a good investment

The thought of guck in my fur baby's ears grosses me out. So I wanted something else in addition to the little ear finger wipes. I try to keep up with her hygiene so her ears are not bad as a matter of fact her last bath only one ear had anything of note so I was impressed. I watched a dog groomer content creator's video and the stuff that came out of a dog's ears was the grossest thing I have ever seen and I am determined that my fur diva will never have that kind of grossness in her ears. This stuff works with regular gentle cleaning. 9/10

My dogs have pendulous ears, and are prone to yeasty ears. I clean them about 3 times a week. The products I typically use ingredients that keep the ear canal dry. This product has glycerin which, according to this listing, "retains moisture". Yet the blurb under the Ear Yeast heading says that "excessive moisture... can promote yeast growth". Seems contradictory. At any rate, the bottle came sealed, so that was nice. It has a pleasant, light scent. It doesn't smell astringent. It would be great if the seller could list the pH of this product. I will be using this ear cleaner and keeping track of how things are going inside their ear canals by scoping with a lighted endoscope camera. That way I'll be able see if there's improvement or any issues early on. I'll update this review with my findings asap. My kitty had itchy ears. This made it so much easier to clean them. She didn’t like it, but tolerated better than some of the other cleaners I’ve used. The tip made it so much easier.

My dog hates any type of ear or eye drops. He will run away and hide at the sight of any bottles that even resemble drops. It is very hard to clean his ears. I can't say that it removes wax build up, as I have not seen it yet. However, it does clean the outer area around ear canal pretty well. The bottle is a ice size so it should last for a while. It doesn't have any adverse effects, other than him not liking them, but that's just him...
