It has been years since I last purchased a hair dryer, let alone actually used one. My hair is straight and fine and not naturally blonde (wink) so I am careful not to put added stress on my locks. I have heard about ionic hairdryers and this one seemed to hit all the important areas ie: multiple speeds, multiple heat settings, attachments, quiet operation, and wattage. I can’t say enough good about my experience. I tried all the attachments, but the one I used was the concentrator: it allowed me to put the airflow where I wanted it without blowing my hair all over the place. I used the lowest heat setting to start and moved between heat and speeds. I especially appreciate the visual provided with the band of LED color that lets you know at a glance just what the settings are. I used the bonus cold shot to set my bangs and that worked perfectly. The overall result was a smooth, shiny, head of hair with more body than just letting it dry naturally. I am impressed because it looked better than after the last professional experience. Another plus with this hairdryer is the filter and the filter cover. Your hair will not be grabbed and eaten! The filter will help keep the motor at peak, easy to clean too. In addition, this is a beautiful hairdryer, it is sleek and modern, feels great in the hand, and I like looking at it. This is a great product, I am very pleased.

This is an effective dryer, but even at the lowest setting it is incredibly strong, with the higher settings seeming identical to the lowest. It blows hard enough to knock heavy objects of my sink, which is insane for the lowest setting. If you want a crazy strong blow dryer, this will fit the bill I guess, but a fail for me.

I have thick hair so drying has always taken at least 15 minutes. My hair is done after 5 min or less with this dryer. It is also shinier and has less frizz. As others have said it is very powerful and will blow things off of the counter so it took some getting used to. Using the concentrator helps with control also. I don't use a diffuser which is better for short hair styles so can't really comment on that. This product is very lightweight with easy to use options for power and heat. And I have to mention that it really is quiet! Love this thing.

This is a pretty awesome dryer. I have a blow dryer that I’ve had for years and it’s your typical dryer. It’s loud. I can hear it even if the bathroom door is closed. Since it’s old, it takes awhile to dry my hair. However, this one is a game-changer. My husband used it one night while the door was closed and I did not hear it all, unlike my old dryer. He absolutely loved it. When I used it, I used the diffuser attachment and it worked just ok. But when I used it without any attachments, this blew so much air, my hair was dry in no time. Great drying power. I like how it’s lightweight, too, and it’s easy to hold. Overall, this is a great product.

To me this blow dryer feels like it’s trying to be more than what it is, it’s like the company took a cheap blow dryer and added higher end bells and whistles where they could without sacrificing too much of the profit margin. In my humble opinion, the current $50 price point is too much for what you get. Were the price on this to be lower, this could make a nice travel blow dryer that just about anyone would want, but no one would cry over if it got lost with your luggage on a flight. The pluses for this are as a left-handed person these buttons are perfectly placed, and I’m not accidentally hitting them while I’m using it and changing the settings without realizing it. The filter cover on the back end is magnetic for easy removal and cleaning when it gets dirty. The blow dryer itself is nice and lightweight with a good balance in the hand. I didn’t at any point accidentally hit my head with the blow dryer or feel like I needed to have my arm excessively extended in order to blow dry my hair. The cool shot button is perfectly placed right in front of your index finger, your left or right handed it’s not an issue. The stated wind speed of 11 m/s is accurate for the low speed and closer to14 m/s for the high speed. The high and low heat settings worked very well and the cool shot was able to dissipate very quickly, and I wasn’t stuck waiting forever to set my style. The LED indicator around the base that you can see in the pictures changes colors so you know what temperature setting the blow dryer is on. My hair was fairly sleek, shiny, and happy. It didn’t have a lot of frizz or knots after I was done blow drying. Now let’s come to the parts of this dryer I didn’t love. All of this was done without the use of the attachments that were included in the box. I didn’t use the attachments because initially I couldn’t figure out how to actually get them to attach to the dryer and when I was able to get them to attach to the dryer, I actually broke the concentrator nozzle attempting to remove it. They both just feel very cheap and plasticy clearly not something that will last overtime. The filter cover on the back is magnetic and feels higher quality, the attachments on the front are not so that part was a fail for me. The cord on this is very short, which to me makes it more of a travel blow dryer and not a home blow dryer, because who wants to use a blow dryer every day with a cord that’s so short you’re practically glued to the wall along with the blow dryer itself. The cord may be short, but a piece of cable management Velcro would’ve been appreciated because having it spill out everywhere is never fun. When you open this up, everything is packaged in cheap plastic bags that gave me pause I expected a better presentation. This blow dryer isn’t the fastest I’ve ever used to dry my hair, but it also isn’t as slow as some of your big box store blow dryers. I really wish this company had gone the extra mile and made the attachments on the front magnetic as well as the power cable ever so slightly longer. I think if they had done that they would’ve hit this one out of the park and I’d be suggesting it to anyone and everyone I know as a fantastically affordable alternative to some higher and way overpriced blow dryers that are out there. I would say if they had corrected even just these two issues I would feel comfortable, even if they charged more, still suggesting this blow dryer to everyone I know. As of right now I I know you can spend less and get more if you just shop around a little bit and look in the right places. For button placement alone, I wanted to love this blow dryer and sadly I do not and will continue to use the blow dryer I currently have where I accidentally change the heat and speed settings all the time because the buttons are poorly placed because somehow that is better than this to me.

I ordered this for my wife to try in place of her old normal hair dryer. She loves the design, finding it sleek and modern. It was easy to hold and adjust the temperature settings. She noticed a big difference in how much faster it dried her hair. Finally, she said it visibly reduced frizzy hair. This did not give her post salon level hair, but she’s very happy with this hair dryer and would highly recommend it, especially if you’re using an old normal dryer.
