Never used one before didn't know what I expected but ( i knew what i didn't want) frizzy broken hair or burnt hair or bad hair smell something that takes a long time to heat up. This works great and no smell, makes hair soft and shinny and no frizz or frazzles. this one makes hair better.

I bought one of these for myself and loved it so much I bought one for my daughter. We both have very thick, very unruly hair. It normally takes around an hour to manage it to be somewhat decent. With this it literally takes 10 minutes to straighten. Best thing I've bought for ease of time and functionality.
