I bought this for my daughter! It works well and she loves the temperature control. She mentioned that the Iron quality is perfect and when she straightens her hair now it takes her a lot less time! I think I received a previously returned item. It didn’t work right only heated up when set to highest temp & then didn’t seem hot. It smoothed hair but would not roll/curl the ends under. Medium length bob average hair not curly. Location of on/off temperature control button is right where your thumb is while using. Very awkward & it turns the button off so you have to adjust your hand constantly. Very nicely made otherwise. May work well for just straightening.

Poorly designed. My wife ordered it twice thinking first time might have defective product. Second time too it was same issues. Straightener did not heat up to its full capacity even at highest temperature setting. Seems like it is not designed for thick/curly hair.

Even at the highest setting this styling tool did not straighten my hair smoothly. I do have course/wavy hair so that may have been a factor. The hair straightener just didn’t seem to get very hot.
