This is very light compared to other dry brushes that I've used. It dries fast, too. It doesn't frizz my hair out. I use heat protectant and dry with this brush, and it looks like I have a professional blow out. My hair feels so silky. I have used more expensive brands, but they don't work better. This actually works better than some, and you save money, so if the bristles start to break off and get to cruddy from hair products (mine haven't yet), it doesn't hurt your feelings to get a new one!

I got this on sale for $23 and was a little skeptical. It’s oval not round and the brush doesn’t spin. It won’t give you curls. It will dry your hair in less than five minutes and will look neat, professional and full. Very easy to nicely curl the ends though. I often dry my hair up and away from my scalp and it gets great volume. Its just so easy to use. The drier itself is a little heavy but it’s not a problem because it dries fast your arm won’t get tired . P I towel dry my hair and give it about 15 minutses to self dry then I put some mousse in my hair and use the high setting and I’m out the door with fabulous looking hair. I have thicker hair with a natural wave to it.

My only dislike is that I have thick, curly hair and I worry how long the brush head will last. But this dryer straightens my hair beautifully and drys it really quickly! Gets very hot, so be careful. (Temperature of air, not the dryer itself.) I even ordered one and sent it to my daughter in law! Very happy! Would have given 5 stars if the brush head didn’t worry me that it won’t hold up.

I don’t usually leave reviews on stuff, but I think this is worth leaving a review for. I have fine asian hair that’s been treated with color. It gets tangled and greasy easily, so I have to wash my hair a lot. I use a flat brush and blow dryer to get it dry, then I use a flat iron to curl it so it’s not completely flat and limp. I tried to use a round brush and hair dryer, but it was too tedious and difficult. Either way, it takes too much time, and needing three or more things just to style my hair takes way too much space. But the first time I used this, I was shocked with how fast it was. I towel dried until it was damp like some reviewers recommended. I separated my hair into sections and with each section, it only took a couple passes to dry completely. It wasn’t just dry either— it was dry, shiny, and bouncy! Way better than my flat brush and dryer, and much, MUCH easier to handle than a round brush and dryer. I can’t speak for it’s durability as I just got it, but it feels solid. Doesn’t seem like it would break easily. Either way, I’m VERY happy with this product!

I have this type of dryer by another company, but I left it at my parents' house in another state. I love my other one and decided to buy another, cheaper version to hold me over until I get the other one back. It's good, but doesn't have the same heating power as the other one I have. The barrel should get hot in order to straighten or curl properly, but this one just doesn't get hot enough. It does dry your hair and is light and easy, but just not as good.

The oval barrel design isn't nearly as easy to use as the round designs I've used in the past. It does dry well and works okay for the most part for straightening hair, but isn't much good for adding curl/wave. I decided to keep it rather than return it since I do straighten my hair once in a great while.
