I've been a buyer on Amazon for over 25 years and I have to say---the seller of this H20Floss is the best I've ever encountered! First off, the flosser is amazing! It works 10000x better than I expected--I really feel the cleanliness and freshness of my teeth after using it, much more so than regular floss--and it keeps its charge for nearly 3-4 weeks of twice daily use! This flosser also comes with a regular wall socket adapter so one can charge it easily in the wall rather than just via USB port!!! That is a VERY good thing! It charges in about 3-5 hours and after that, lasts for 3-4 weeks! WOW! It has several 'speeds' in which you can choose how strong you want the water floss to hit your teeth/gums and several different tips to reach in any area of your mouth! It even comes with a travel bag!!! :faints: And all for an incredibly unbeatable price!!!!! I truly can't say enough good things about this item--it works above and beyond what I expected and I expected a lot. :) Now, the customer service! After 6 months, I received a kind email from the seller (H20floss) asking how the product was and if I had any questions or needed any help with the flosser!!! That is amazing on its own---that the seller cared enough AFTER SIX MONTHS to contact me, to make sure all was well!! Have you EVER had a seller do that for you? WOW! I didn't really have any issues at the time, but about 2 months later, (8 months after purchase), the flosser started to have a MINOR problem in that the tips were a bit difficult to get to remain in the unit. I thought I had the tip in securely but it would fly up when I turned on the flosser and spurt water everywhere. It wasn't a HUGE issue, but a bit annoying and I'd have to then make SURE the tips were inside the unit's head super securely to make sure this didn't happen often. So I remembered that email the seller sent me a couple months back and replied, explaining the minor problem but also that I loved their product and its results on my teeth/gums! Instantly, I mean within hours, the seller replied asking some questions to clarify the issue and then when I explained a bit more, they offered a refund or replacement!!!!!! :faints: I clearly love the item so I opted for the replacement, which arrived in 24 HOURS! :faints again: Finally, just yesterday, the seller emailed again, letting me know the item was delivered safely and that they hope I was satisfied with their product and customer service aftercare!!! Oh boy, am I ever! I still can't believe how incredibly generous, fast and kind this seller is! They really stand behind their product--which is amazing in itself, truly one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon, or anywhere---and they really care about their customers! Like how easy it is to fill and use, the attachments work very well, do use the one suggested to begin with as others do get real good force. The only flaw is that one needs to be careful in picking up as it is easy to turn on where button is and if has water it will spray everywhere. Wish the button wasn't so easy to push as is in the spot where want to grab it at.

I need to correct my review since the company is offering me a full refund for this one. I already ordered a new one and received it.. haven't tried it yet but I do know it's one of the best on the market with the varying speeds and the new tank is easy to clean.. this is what I was looking for.. thank you H2ofloss My mistake not to use it right away. I purchased it last January. I did have a problem getting the reservoir to open. I decided it was time to use it .. filled the reservoir through the opening. Fully charged turned on, turned hit the many different cycles, water doesn't come out. I hear the motor, see the lights but no spray. So very disappointed. My mistake for not testing it immediately. Learned a lesson...

First one I've ever owned. It's easy to use, had a variety of speeds from soft pulse to hard and fast. Great way to floss if you have thick fingers and don't like using string. Good water capacity for two to three flossing depending on how you do it. I use the entire container for one floss. Good solid item, very durable. Comes with a variety of different floss pieces.

I like the speed and durability of this dental flosser which helps to clean the teeth perfectly. There are various speed levels to adjust from and the battery life is great. It is very powerful and yet so compact making it easy to carry for travel. Love it overall.

ETA: After seeing my bad review the seller contacted me and offered a free replacement or a full refund. So, I’m adding 1 more star for customer service, because they stand behind their product. It was ok when it was working (not as good as a water-pick though), but it just died on me after barely 4 months! :( After I charged it, it drained again in a few days, and now won't turn on despite charging for 12+ hrs. Also some mold developed inside (in the grooves/seams in the plastic) that I haven't been able to remove. Let down.

This is a relatively good dental flosser with a few speed features and several types of brushes. The reason for the 4 stars is that the entire mechanism feels flimsy. I don't know how long it will last. Nevertheless, it's a good buy for the price.
