Love these. So cute too. I actually prefer these openers to any of the fancy ones. Quicker, easier and smaller lol. And I have one for the house, the car and travel and for replacement. Made well and material is great quality. No peeling or turning colors etc. A great value & product for the price.

It has a good, sturdy feel for the exception of the connection between the corkscrew and the handle (see video). I noticed this after using it several times. Every other part of this wine opener feels high quality. I am hoping despite the looseness of this connection, it will last a while longer.

As a server this is not a very good wine key at all it doesn’t feel sturdy the screw of it has is not pointy enough to open a bottle with ease and it’s just not great quality however it is cheap$$ but for a couple more dollars you’ll find a better one. I ended up just ordering a different wine key from “pulltaps” for like 10 Bucks here on Amazon and it’s way better

Previous to acquiring this type of corkscrew, I had mostly used the winged-type of cork extractor. The couple of times that I'd had to quickly use this waiters'-type, wasn't enough for me to consider the benefits. Now, after using this product, I'm happy to add this to my drawer of wine gadgets. My impression is that this extractor is well-made. I think that the hinges will be serviceable. Although some users have questioned the hinges due to a loose fit, I don't believe it will be a problem; I have a number of winged-types with far looser hinges, and these have held up for years. So, fingers crossed. The small foil/label cutting knife works well, and I like the serrated blade. I've heard that a smooth cutter blade may need to be sharpened over time; I'm hoping that this serrated type won't have that problem. The weight of this extractor makes it comfortable in the hand. The size makes it convenient to carry around a room, when opening bottles at a party or function. Plus, this implement has two seemingly small helpful features that I find make a difference. The gold-finished metal enables the corkscrew to stand out when inside a utensil drawer. That's a small but helpful feature that somehow I'd never thought about. How many times have we gone searching in a drawer for a seemingly lost kitchen tool, only to find that its gray or silver color made it blend in with everything else? I find that the shiny gold metal makes it easily visible in a crowded drawer. In addition, the corkscrew comes in a small, sturdy box, one that can hold and protect it in a drawer, over time. A small feature, but a useful one. I'm not sure yet whether the teflon screw coating is better than a smooth or chromed finish, but I do know that my corks came off smoothly and easily. I feel that I can easily recommend this cork extractor, based on it's performance and appearance. Plus, at the current price, this item is a good value, as well.
