***UPDATE 7/9/17: About 10 days ago, I experienced a leak around the top of the handle where the tip inserts. I contacted the seller and they responded promptly via email. They asked me to verify if the handle itself was the problem or if it was merely the replaceable tip. They offered to warranty whatever was causing the issue. I checked further, determining that only the tip itself was faulty and they cheerfully sent out several brand new jet- tips within a couple of days. This is not only an excellent product but the customer service the seller provides is a perfect match! The machine itself still looks and functions like it is brand new. Feel 100% confident when purchasing this water flosser! This is my first water flossing machine, therefore I cannot compare it to the Waterpik or other big name brand machines. My H2ofloss arrived today sealed and intact. Setup was simple; I was flossing within a couple of minutes. The machine provides good pressure and it is easy to control. After my initial session my mouth felt great. The H2ofloss seems well made and I expect it to last - if it fails unexpectedly I will update this review. This machine seems to be an excellent value - provided that it lasts at least one to two years. I've read a couple of complaints about this system that I would like to address: "The reservoir leaks when removing it." Why not simply add slightly more than enough tepid water for each session with a cup, rather than removing the entire reservoir every fill - adding fresh water for subsequent sessions? "The machine is too noisy." I found the noise to be minimal - inconsequential. "I don't like the pressure switch on the handle." Having that notion in mind before I used the H2ofloss, I was concerned that the pressure slide switch would be too easily moved in use. As it turns out, the pressure slider requires deliberate effort to move and it won't slip to another setting accidentally in regular use. I find this position logical for the switch as one might wish to adjust on-the-fly as needed as opposed to stopping and readjusting a dial. Just my opinion. "The pressure is either almost zero or insanely high." I've found there to be several different pressures on this machine and the top level isn't overwhelming. In fact I start with low to get going and skip right to high once the water is flowing. People with sensitive gums may wish to start out with a lower setting however. Overall I am please with this purchase and I recommend this machine - especially for the price!

I like this flosser a lot with one caveat. The 4 jet tips don't last as long as the flosser and until this order, I was not aware of any replacement tips that were available for purchase. Compared to several other prominent brands that I have tried over a 30 year period, this product is more quiet than the others and it has lasted longer. I ordered my first H20 flosser over three years ago and it is still working well except the 4 jet tips I received with the original purchase now all leak considerably. Unfortunately, you get wet using the jet tips once they start to leak. In fact, I ordered this, my second flosser, mostly in order to obtain more new jet tips. The flosser is still working well. Up until a couple of months ago, I had not tried any of the other tips that are included with the purchase of the flosser. Since my jet tips were leaking, I tried some of the other tips and found that the periodontal tip actually works very well. The stream of water is thinner, more focused, and uses less water. Replacements of these particular tips can be ordered in a two-pack. When I ordered my second new flosser, I also ordered the following product -- Replacement Professional 2 Dental Water Jet Nozzle Accessories, 2 Jet Tips for Duomishu H2ofloss Water Flossers by Duomishu -- so I could test one of them when they came to see if it worked as a replacement jet tip for my first flosser. So far, the one I have tried is working great. Now that I have some extra tips, it will be interesting to see how much longer my first flosser will last. Here are a couple of other notes. If I use a jet tip, I would like the tank of water to be just a little bit larger for a more complete flossing. When I use a periodontal tip, the amount of water available in the tank is very adequate. It is interesting to me that the cost of a new H20 flosser with all of its tips is a less expensive expenditure than to buy another brand of flosser that would cost more and more than likely not last as long. I have not tried the tips for tongue cleaning or the tips for cleaning nasal passages. The orthodontic tips include a small brush that surrounds the jet of water. I didn't find it very effective as a flosser and I didn't care for it as a brush. I highly recommend this flosser. Give this product a try.

Water flossing will be your addiction and you will want to use it after every meal even when you are not home and all you can think about is going home to floss?!! What?! Yes! I floss regulary with floss and really it is just another thing that you have to do so that you do not cause yourself pain in the future, keep your overall health of your mouth, and not lose any teeth too soon. BUT using the H20Floss is really special! I read a review about it here on Amazon and someone mentioned that they used mouth wash and I did the same thing. I added water and a bit of mouth wash and it is just fantastic. I thought that after unboxing I would lose interest but I am cleaning my mouth frequently. Now, I do not floss more than I need to but I use the tongue scraper and overall cleaner in between flossing. I had good oral hygiene before but now it is superb! Con: I am going to have to disagree with the title description as "quiet" because it makes a loud noise like the power is ON and I am RUNNING! If you have light sleepers they may hear it until they get used to this running wonder. And when you turn off the handle to change mouth pieces the unit literally says, THUD,THUD, THUD, THUD, THUD, THUUUUUUUUDDDDD while trembling. So everyone in the house knows that you are changing the mouth piece. I guess you can just turn off the machine and change the pieces but then you have water from the handle that you will "waste" and it pours out. It might not sound like a big deal but when you have only poured so much fluid oz and then you use it up to turn off the machine, you will soon find it a chore to fill the resevoir again only to add a little bit of water. The cool thing is you will find out how much water you really need with continued use. I have had this product for a short time but I have used the machine and most of the mouth pieces multiple times, well, except for the nasal aspirator. On the handle the water setting is very forceful. I have tried all of the settings but I prefer the first setting and I have not experienced any bleeding gums.

When my dentist recommended me to get a water pick after my last dentist visit, I was in a days because I am not familiar with water pics. I cruised around Amazon and found this one with a high rating almost 5 stars. I am probably one of the few that will give this product five stars. Shipping was pretty quick as expected, but what sold me was how the item was packaged (securely) and the compartment for the water as well as the accessories. I read the description and was expecting it. However, it was pleasantly as described and easy to use. I love how the handle is magnetized and it’s cradle is easy to put back when I used it. Highly recommended for anyone researching for a water pic. I also like the accessory for the nasal cleaning item. So it literally is two items in one.

I’ve used a few different water flossers over the years, and this H2ofloss unit has honestly been one of the better values for the price. The water pressure is strong enough to actually clean between teeth and around the gumline without feeling overly harsh, and the different pressure settings make it easy to adjust depending on sensitivity. The large 800mL tank is a big upgrade from smaller cordless models because I can finish a full cleaning session without constantly refilling it. I also like that it comes with multiple nozzle attachments, especially for braces and gum care, which makes it useful for more than one person in the household. Another thing I appreciated was the built-in storage compartment for the tips. It keeps everything organized and feels more hygienic than leaving attachments loose in the bathroom. The hose and handle are comfortable to use, and the overall unit feels sturdy for the price point. The only minor downside is that it does take up a bit more counter space than portable models, but that’s expected with the larger tank capacity and stronger pressure system. Overall, this has been a solid purchase and makes my teeth feel noticeably cleaner after use. Good option if you want a more powerful countertop water flosser without spending premium-brand prices.

I am SO happy I bought this. I was looking at the expensive nasal irrigation systems and this does everything they do and more. And I save $40 instead of buying an expensive irrigation machine. I bought this yesterday with same day delivery because allergies hit me like a truck this year. This works MUCH better than a neti pot- the pulsing and lower pressure/flow is a bit gentler on my nose. I didn't have a lot of fluid left in my nose afterwards or get a headache like I do when I use a standard neti pot. If I use the old fashioned neti pot, I usually end up leaking salt water from my nose for hours. I had NONE of those issues after using this (although I did make sure to lightly blow my nose after using- just like I do with my neti pot). Is it still gross like using a neti pot? Yup. But honestly, nasal irrigation is sort of a life saver for me when I don't feel well. It saves me from a lot of sinus infections and I think I tend to suffer from colds less long when I use a neti pot more consistently. As for the other features--- I used the water flossing feature and tongue cleaner but I'm not 100% I knew what I was doing and my sinus/allergies are preventing me from being a good judge of if they did a good job. I used them before I went to bed and I was thinking my mouth felt less gross than normal when I woke up. My teeth just feel cleaner. It could be my imagination. I can't smell anything right now. I'm still trying to figure out how to use the water flossing without making a huge mess- or choking on a ton of water. I had water everywhere yesterday. I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. Once I figure it out, I'm keen on seeing if I can use it on my kids, seeing they really aren't old enough to floss yet. And this is way more entertaining for them than flossing. There are *so* many different tips for this so you can safely share the machine but not the tips. It IS loud and vibrates like crazy. Not sure how it compares to other systems, but it's something to be aware of. I'm pretty sure it woke up my child in the other room last night. Despite a sound machine running. It COULD have been coincidence. But eh. I'll attach a video of it running. After I used with the salt solution, I run warm water through the machine to rinse it. Suggestion: The on/off button might be better on the side or on the handle. Where it's located makes pressing it difficult. I have one hand on the handle and if I push the off button then the machine tends to tip. A good solution is to put the machine against a wall, but I think relocating the button would be the BEST solution. I have made a HUGE mess every time I've used this because of that button position. UPDATE: I ended up squirting myself in the eye using the floss option and injuring myself due to the on-off button issue- I was trying to switch the button off and everything went disastrously wrong. Put the on/off button on the handheld piece. FYI the water pressure on this is high enough to pack a serious punch. Ugh.... perhaps until they fix it, everyone should wear glasses or goggles while using it. Because you do NOT want this to happen. I promise, it's awful. I'm 2 days out from injury and my eye still doesn't look like it's healing.

I saw that this showed a lot of returns for different reasons, but I have to say this unit works very good for me. It has great pressure and I like the fact that it has a magnet installed in the wand which makes it easy to hang back up neatly with the coiled tubing. Very happy with this so far.

Revised 5-31-17. Revised recommendation - Avoid this unit like the plague! In just over a month, two of the regular picks have experienced the same defect. The colored plastic piece cannot hold up to the stress of the water pressure. The first one lasted about 3 weeks before cracking and separating (see photos). The plastic fractures in a near perfect circle that follows the weakest part of the design. Once the fracturing has started, it doesn't take long before the tip separates from the base. During this time, water begins to shoot out sideways from just below the tip base. It makes it appear that the seal is bad, but close examination of the tip base will show the plastic fracturing (see photo with arrows). When my first tip cracked, I switched to one of the additional standard picks. It lasted 4 days before the same cracking started. At this rate, I would go through 15-30 standard picks a year! Considering I have used the same tip on a Water Pic unit for a couple of years, this performance is extremely unsatisfactory. I have not contacted the manufacturer yet, but will this week. I will update this post accordingly. ---------- original post --------- I have had my H2ofloss for about a week so far. I have had 2 water pik units in the past, and each of them suffered from the same loud vibration. If I were single, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but when it's so loud it wakes up your spouse, it is not a long term solution. It was the Quiet description that caught my attention, and I can say that this unit is very quiet, especially compared to my old waterpik. I am able to use it at 4am without fear of waking my spouse. It makes noise to be sure, but not much more than my electric toothbrush. It is not as well build as my old water pik was. The plastic seems thinner. However time will tell and after using it a week, I do not think it will be a factor. I have read reviews about tips cracking etc, To me, the basic tips appear as solid as Water-pics. It may be that some of the specialized tips with multiple plastic parts may fail under the pressure of the water being forced through them, but time will tell. I will update my review as time passes if I observe any of this. The unit is powerful. I am still on setting 2 - and it may be a while before I am able to increase power. I bought this as a way to help with sensitive gums that bleed with normal brushing. After a week of use, I can now brush without bleeding. My hope is that I can save the price of the unit many many times over in reduced dental expenses.. The reservoir hold 900ML of water. On 2, this lasts adequately long. My advise is start on a low setting until you know how you react to the pressure, then scale up accordingly. You may also want to add some mouthwash to the water to add some antiseptic properties. The assortment of tips is pretty amazing. For those of you who irrigate your sinuses, this unit allows for that too. I have not tried it yet, but I can see it being a boon during cold and flu season. I want to try the periodontal tip as soon as my gums acclimate to a higher setting. It looks like it will be great for cleaning out the area below the gum line. All in all, an amazing amount of utility packed into a decent looking unit.
