Choose FORWARD to optimize POWER and SPEED with a front-weighted feel or REBOUND which optimizes FINESSE and AGILITY with a rear-weighted feel. Great mid-size at .580 dia. I like sticks of all sizes but this is a great diameter right between 5A and 5B. Promark Hickory Rebound sticks are good stuff and worth paying for the USA-made product over some imports that are cheaper.
