Great trike. Assembley insstructions could be better. I could not adjust the shifting mechanism from the instructions. Youtube has a very good video on the shimano derailleur adjustment. Quality of the trike is very good. the e assist is really great. Parts all fit together very well. I did have a couple of problems, bur their tech support is oustanding. It's all email so it may take a little longer to fix a problem, but they are very responsive and are very knowledgeable. I definetley recommend this trike. ... show more

I'm giving this 5 stars because the battery didn't arrive and the seller was on top of it. The bike is miserable to put together via the manual. Its close up pics are blurry and very hard to tell where they are on the bike. YouTube it and I believe i could have saved myself much frustration. The gears are finicky and so far I can't get the chain to hop the gears properly after hours of adjustment i have it down to almost all of them work for now lol. It's a beautiful bike and I would buy it again with the knowledge I've learned from this one . If you are not handy or bike chain savvy, have them put it together for you. Yes it's 200 bucks extra however, I spent 10 hours and killing my back figuring it out. Update: after receiving the battery I caught an error code 36. ( connectivity) checked all plugs then did a reset on the panel. Power!! Yay! Zida was right on it with answers, troubleshooting etc. And a great attitude!! Took my frustration away by listening and helping without blaming me for the issue. Customer service was 💯. ... show more

I paid to have it put together. Money well spent! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this bike! I feel like a kid wanting to go out and play all the time. I have a bad knee so I peddle when I can and use the electric to go uphills! I got a great price on Black Friday. I highly recommend for folks that still want outside adventures but have arthritis and other medical issues!❤️❤️ ... show more

Was able to put the bike together by following the instructions. I have ridden it around the neighborhood a few times to get a feel for it. The assistance was questionable when I first started to ride it, but once I realized it needed to be in third gear for the assist to work it has been great. It’s a nice bike, comes in many pieces perhaps I should have took it to a bike shop to have assembled as it was doable but to much for me. Bought this for my brother with CP and he loves it.
