I really like this chair. It was way easier to put together than I thought (maybe took ~10 min) and very intuitive. There are barely any pieces (I laid out all of them in the first pic) and the instructions are clear. The actual chair is great. I would say a good deal for the price. It looks really cool (I personally like the white/gray look over the classic black chair look), is comfortable, and more importantly has so many different ways to adjust the chair. You can adjust this little piece in the back that originally confused me, until I realized its where your back arch support is (really nice feature). The head/neck support tilts back and forth but also moves up and down. Obviously the chair itself moves up and down. Overall just a very nice and comfortable chair that holds up well

This office chair that I bought was one of the best chairs I have bought in a while. Its very comfortable. Especially it provided a good lumbar support for my already broken back. Height of arm rest is suitable for me to use the keyboard from the computer. Supports your body and is very easy to assemble. Also rolls easily underneath my computer desk. Color is neutral which gives itself a nice look. Worth for the price I paid. Definitely a buy buy.

I purchased this chair after needing an upgrade for my home office. Once it arrived it was easy to set up and only took me about 10 minutes. For the 1st week, the chair was amazing. It was very comfy and checked all the boxes. However, after the 1st week, the chair developed a horrible squeak anytime you sat down in it or moved while sitting in it. This isn't something that should be happening in a two-week-old chair. At this price point I expected more.

First, this chair is made of qualitative material. The materials have good texture and seem durable. Second, this chair is easy to assemble. I did it all on my own, seeing the manual and in a short time. Third, it is comfortable to seat on; the armrest, lumbar support, and headrest are especially good. Plus, it had 360-degree rotating wheels. This has made my office work comfortable. I am fully satisfied with this chair thus far. Still, I imagine it being some inches taller.

The first time I got the chair everything was great! the wheels roll super smooth, the seat is comfy, and the amount of recline is just perfect. You really feel like you're lounging without the worry of flipping over backwards. Initially the only drawback was the fact that the headrest was more of a lower neck rest for me. I bought this chair because it was advertised as a chair for bigger people. I'm 6'6" and 280lbs, and I have a taller than normal desk, so all the specifications fit perfectly. When I first go the chair all was well, until after two weeks I went to stand up using the arm rests and the right one failed and snapped off. The internal plastic had sheered off. I requested a replacement chair and using the right arm rest from the new chair I fixed it and everything was great. Then right before I was going to return the box, the left arm sheered off. So luckily with the replacement chair I could just borrow more pieces. Now I'm scared to send the rest of the second chair back because I'm worried something else will break. Hopefully not sending the shock absorber up my... you know... or another arm failing and I slam my head off my desk from the fall. I'm writing this review on 6-7-2023 (US date), I just fixed the left arm and decided to make this review. I'm going to contact support and see how they would like me to proceed. I hope this helps.

I got it today. You have to put it together yourself, but this is very easy. In under 10 minutes, I was working on my desk. Fantastic material. I like to color a lot. The chair is very comfortable and feels high-end. My wife is also using it. The adjustments for each of us are very different and easy to set every time we individually use it. Overall just an excellent decision! We are happy.
