I have about 100 miles on it. Running 52v on a 48v system. Works fine. Used the USB port to charge phones on a recent ice fishing trip.

UPDATE. The company issued a return. I returned the battery and I'm waiting for the replacement. I got this in September 15.i immediately plugged it in to charge overnight. The next day the charger indicated it was fully charged. I installed it on my ebike. I did several short trips totalling about 10 miles. I decided to go for a 10 mile ride. The battery indicated still 100% but during the ride the level dropped to 97%. Shortly after the battery went dead. I had to pedal home without assistance. Very dissatisfied with the battery, and I cancelled a 2nd order for my other bike. The company claims they can't accept returns because of the lithium batteries yet every other company will accept returns and of course they were able th ship the battery when I bought it. Just BS so the don't have to support their lousy product!

I purchased this battery at the end of December 2023, but due to weather in the NW, I hadn't taken the bike out for a full range/voltage test until this past week. I upgraded from a 48v 10.4ah battery (just over 500wh capacity) to this 52v 15ah (780wh capacity) on an ebike with a peak output of just over 1100w. On my previous battery I was getting 4-5 volts of sag under full throttle, whereas I am getting over 8 volts of sag (58v down to 49.5v~) when fully charged on this new battery. This is outside the acceptable range for sag and essentially reduces the usable range of this battery by close to 30 - 40%. I have also noticed that the voltage drops quickly with riding. It is not providing a 50% increase in range as you'd expect going from a 48v 10.4ah battery to a 52v 15ah battery. The range is about the same...might be a bit less? More testing is needed. I would have contacted the seller to start a warranty claim for refund/replacement, but I can't seem to find their contact information...I will update if the seller contacts me, but as of now, I cannot recommend this battery. I will update this review if the seller reaches out/helps remedy the situation.

I don't have but a hundred miles on the battery but as far as I can tell it performs excellent. My motor pulls 2000 watts. It requires 40 amps. This battery will output 40 amps @ 58 volts. Second great thing is the company was excellent providing a replacement charger. The first one would not start charging until battery was down to 42 volts. It's a 52 volt battery that charges up to 57.8 volts. Great performance and great customer service.

so i purchased this battery just over 6 months ago ald let me tell you the specs are not correct. ran this on my custom ebike for the last 6 months and have never gotten anywhere near 15Ah out of it. the most i've squeaked out of it was about 12Ah. on top of that my absolute max battery amperage is set to 30A.... if theses batteries were truly rated at 30A continuous then why do i have a voltage sag of 10V at full charge after only 6 months? this pack isn't even the only pack used on this bike so not all of the 6 months it was used... definitely not going with this company again. btw for reference maximum acceptable voltage sag on a 14s battery is 7V at full.

First thing, thankful for their super speedy delivery, got it earlier than expected. Besides that it is more than I could ever ask for honestly. Coming from using two different 36v/48v 10ah just to even finish my commute to work with my diy stealth bomber. On and off switch is a bit strange to me with all the tube batteries I’ve had. I’d say best battery for the price especially gaining more speed and range. Definitely recommend for people building a bike and need extra battery to start with.
