From start to finish the h duka ice cream maker is easy to use and seems to be quite durable! Clean up is a breeze and the strawberry ice cream recipe that comes with the machine is amazing! My kids and I have been getting our money's worth and I highly recommend and having fun playing with flavors.

As a 75-year-old lifelong ice cream enthusiast, I've tried just about every method of making ice cream over the years. I started with the old-fashioned hand-crank ice cream makers and gradually moved on to more modern machines. When I first came across this ice cream maker, I was skeptical and wasn't sure it could live up to my expectations—but I was pleasantly surprised. This machine is incredibly easy to use, and the quality of the ice cream it produces is outstanding. In fact, some of the best homemade ice cream I've ever enjoyed has come from this machine. It consistently delivers smooth, creamy results with very little effort. I also appreciate its versatility, as it can make a wide variety of frozen desserts beyond just ice cream. This 10-in-1 ice cream maker is incredibly versatile. So many features to choose from... We found this gem during the Amazon Prime Day Sale and took advantage of the budget friendly price. It has so far provided us with delicious ice-cream as advertised, plus lots of fun deciding what type of ice-cream to create next. The noise and freeze level oft his machine is also as expected. About a month of use and very impressed so far. No plastic bits shaved off the inside of the cups like the ninja creami. I was hesitant to buy given bad experience with the similar ninja product. The H-Duka makes the same great ice cream and sorbet as the ninja minus the plastic shards. We've made multiple ice cream and fresh fruit sorbet flavors. It also works great to re-spin store bought ice cream to a soft serve consistency. After only a month, no comment on durability, only time will tell

We really loved this machine when we got it and put it to work hard. For about a week, maybe a little less, we made let's say about 20 smoothies and it was perfect. Then I put frozen mangos in it with mike and a little yogurt and it started like normal and then it stopped spinning. I opened it and the blade fell into the smoothie cup. So it put the blade back on and did a re-spin and the same thing happened again. My husband came home and tried it and said the blades are bent, that's why it keeps falling off.
