  • Excellent
Style: Ace R350 Color: Grey
Great little scooter easy to assemble fun to ride good speed and great battery life. Easy to fold and store not too heavy. Definitely is taller than I was expecting but not a bad thing. I’m 6 foot 210 lbs and it holds 16mph perfectly. The cruise control is a great touch. Definitely will handle more than 15 degrees incline. It holds between 13 and 14 mph on a 40 degree slope with me on it. Only complain my is I wish it would charge faster than 6 hours from dead but it can go a great distance on a single charge. Excellent for small store runs or just around town. The run flat tires are excellent the suspension makes for a smooth ride ... show more

  • Decent for first riders
Style: Ace R350 Color: Grey
Ok so this scooter is built for dense city rides considering it goes 15 ~ 16 mph and greatly drops up hills or uneven roads. It lasts for around 7.2 miles on a single battery given perfect conditions and this is on sports mode given that's where most people are going to keep it on since the other modes are too slow. It is surprisingly tanky in a sense that I've taken mine through pouring rain and extremely tatted roads. Riding this scooter on the road might be a bit risky considering you only go 15 so cars are more inclined to pass you making the trip a little less unpredictable as well as people walking on the side walk. There's only front suspension so your back tire which is where the motor is at will take direct hits if theres a jump or things get a little bumpy. So I would recommend this scooter to those in cities that have a bike lane or wider sidewalks For people who don't mind going only 15 mph and your destination is less than 7 miles away If this would be your first the 350 could handle so many falls and crashes the most I've had yo release which was the throttle which was extremely easy to do. the part itself, dpending on vender, could cost $9 to $15 ... show more

  • It's an amazing ride but doesn't last anywhere near 18 miles
Style: Ace R350 Color: Grey
I got this scooter yesterday and it's really easy to assemble all you have to do is attach the handle bar 6 screws and the tool they provide they even give you 6 replacement screws which I thought was pretty cool. I love everything about this scooter it goes like it says 16 mph but the only down fall it only lasts about 9.5 miles on a full charge and no I didn't just have it on full blast no hills or anything I had it on drive not sport and it didn't last which is a shame because it takes a long time to charge so for value and just cruise around the neighborhood it's perfect runs really quiet the design is comfortable and it folds up really easily so 3 stars because you shouldn't advertise 18.5 miles when it's maybe half that ... show more

  • Quick and decent battery life
Style: Ace R350 Color: Grey
Would give a 4.5 if I could. The scooter feels solid and easy to turn compact. Batter size is not terrible. The performance is good but I was not able to keep a steady 16mph. According to a speedometer app I was averaging 14.5 -15 mph. I myself weigh around 230lbs but maybe someone lighter could go the full 16mph. Have lots of fun cruising around my town and a great value when on sale. Would recommend! ... show more

  • Great fun
Style: Ace R350 Color: Grey
The media could not be loaded. This is so much fun. It glides easily and controls are smooth. The brakes are great. It was no problem to put together. It has a lot of pep and handles bumps pretty well. It has some weight to it but manageable

  • Good eScooter but has room for improvement
Style: Ace R350 Color: Grey
This review is for the Hover-1 (H-1) Pro Series ACE R350 Electric Scooter. The scooter is adult sized and has a 350W brushless motor that reaches a max speed of 15.5 mph and has a range of 18.5 miles. The tires are 10 inch self-sealing and tubeless. There is a back LED tail light and a front reflector plus headlight. The console power button controls the power on/off, mode(s) and headlight. The handlebar column folds down for easier storage and transporting. My first impression of the scooter is that it looks very modern and stylish. It has a large platform to stand on that can support up to 264 pounds. There is a front suspension that is designed to absorb some of the bumps during the ride, but I honestly didn't feel that it provided my shock absorption. There's one hand brake that controls one rear disc brake. This will likely need to be adjusted because out of the box it provides mid-medium stopping power. There are 3 modes (ECO, Drive and Sport). Through my testing I found that ECO goes up to 8 mph, Drive up to 12 mph, and Sport up to 16 mph. The scooter handles slight inclines fairly well. I was able to get to 14-15 mph on maybe a 6% upgrade in the neighborhood. Not too bad considering it's a 350W motor. A few things I like about the scooter are the hand grips. Each one has an extended portion that your palms rest nicely on. Another is the integrated console that displays the MPH, Mode and battery life, etc. It just looks really good, is laid out nicely and just appears seamless in the handlebars. When folding the scooter, I like how the handlebar hook locks in place on the back wheel fender. It's easy and secure and won't come off unless you push down to release it. ** When I first received this scooter and took it out for a ride there was a loud grindy motor sound. I don't know if it was a loose wire causing a short or just a bad motor. I knew right away that something was wrong. After about 5 mins of testing and troubleshooting I contacted the manufacturer about a return. To their credit, they responded very quickly and offered to send another unit out and paid for shipping to return the one I had. Fast forwarding to receiving the new unit, everything was just fine out of the box. No issues like the first one. So here's what I don't like about the scooter. I don't feel that it handles small street bumps very well. I have other eScooters with 10" air-filled tires, with no additional shock absorbers, that are smooth as can be when going over bumps in the road. The Hover-1 seems to rattle my head (not kidding) when going over little bumps on the asphalt, and this scooter has front suspension. You really do feel it and it can be quite annoying over longer rides. So I was a little surprised and disappointed about that. Another design issue I don't care for is the location of the power button. It's located right in the middle of the console, and being that the power button also controls the mode and headlight, you either have to take one of your hands off the grip to make a change while riding, or stop the scooter and do it safely. Many other brands have the button(s) within thumb reach next to the grip. That would have been the better option. The battery life seems pretty good. I haven't run it from full to empty yet to test the number of miles I can put in, but it does seem to be on pace with the 18.5 claimed miles. I'll update this review if I find differently. Overall, it's a fun ride and a good scooter. I'd honestly say it's slightly overpriced (not a lot) for what's currently available on the market right now. I would certainly shop around but keep this one in consideration. I'd recommend it while keeping in mind the main issues (shock absorption and power button location) I mentioned above. 4/5 stars. ... show more
