So these shoes... Yes, they're really cute, they don't seem like they will hurt, but there is a size problem. I'm trying to get things ordered for my wedding as the Covid19 thing is making everything difficult. I needed shoes to get the length of my dress altered. I'm a size 8 so I ordered as such. They came in and were huge, even on my mom who is a half size larger. I still used them for alterations since the height wouldn't change and then sent them back to order a size 7 because the first ones were seriously gigantic. The size 7 came in and was too small. So here I go again on my 2nd return. The seller needs to get a sizing chart up that's actually accurate. Don't follow the one provided by amazon. However, the seller did get them here earlier than projected. So I guess that's a plus for shipping. EDIT: I purchased for the 3rd time. Weird enough, I meant to order a 7 1/2 and I ordered a size 7? Not sure what I did there. So...oops. But here's the bizarre thing, the 7 that came in the mail this 3rd time around, it fits. And honestly is even a little roomy. The seller customer support has emailed me to ask what the deal is with all of my returns and repurchasing (especially with ordering a size 7 twice. That was an accident, which is a valid concern on their part, but I'm glad it worked for my favor I guess). But the reason is that the sizing is bad (understatement of the century). To have an 8 be gigantic, a 7 fit like a normal 7 should, and then to have accidentally ordered a 7 again and have it be loose and almost too big? Doesn't make sense. TAKEAWAY: If you're willing to deal with the hassle and inconsistency in sizing (even in the same size!) and a potential boatload of returns, they are a cute shoe. The inconvenience was...an inconvenience. There is no excuse for this sizing issue, to be as bad as it is, but I like the shoes and making a couple of returns isn't the end of the world. The fact that they aren't uncomfortable so far (I've only worn them in short time spans at home to break them in) and they are honestly really cute. I appreciate the seller reaching out about why I had to order 3 separate times. Hopefully, that means they are genuinely concerned about customer experience and quality. And as I said, shipping was fast each time, especially in the midst of the issues of Covid. FINAL EDIT: The seller has reached out and offered a refund for half the price of the shoe to make up for everything that happened. I did up my star rating as (aside from the sizing I mentioned) the shoe is nice, cute, and comfortable and the seller has resolved any issue that I might have had. So the entire experience really turned around thanks to the concern of the seller.

This is the third time that I have ordered these shoes. The first time, I ordered these shoes in a size 8. It was what was recommended as the size that would fit me best by Amazon. Unfortunately, the shoes felt about a size too large, and I had to return them. I felt that the shoes were a full size too large, so I went with one size down. The second pair of shoes I ordered were a size 7. Now these were too small. After the second shoe debacle, the third order was juuust right. 7.5, my normal size. Perfect and comfortable. Classy and pretty.

Brought these for my daughter’s prom. The size 7 was perfect and the shoe was comfortable however the only complaint was the strap irritated her ankle which made it painful and no it wasn’t buckled too tight.
