I really love this lamp. But the little brass knob that adjust the light from dim to bright kept falling off. So, I turned it so the knob is facing up. Before it hung down. The big problem with this lamp is the switch just pushes over a metal peg. It doesn’t screw into anything therefore it’s not secure and it keeps falling off. Which is really a pain for me because it’s by my bed and I have to keep crawling under the bed to find it. I would not buy this again because of this issue. ... show more

Needed a reading lamp and loved the look of this. It’s sturdy, heavy and the dimmable switch is very nice. The switch came off when I first used it but I popped it back on and am a little more gentle when I turn it on now.
