These are very nice. I like the idea, but I have my everyday shoes set with elastic laces, so I have to slide my feet in & don't untie the shoes. Unfortunately these heel cups, while having a sticky back to try & keep them from moving, move every time I put my shoes on. I got the medium, because it says that is what I should get for my shoe size, but I don't think that they are wide enough for my heels. The other day I had to take them out because I was getting a blister as the side of the heel cup was rubbing against my foot about 1/4 from the edge of my heel. I wanted to like these, because they do seem to help my achilles tendinitis, but the fit is not the best for the type of shoe I have. I may try it in some of my other shoes.

These inserts are "sticky" so they stay in place in your shoes, but it's a bit "too sticky" and picks up everything and anything that comes into contact with them. Despite how sticky they are, they did not stay in place when going for walks or doing anything a bit more active. Though the material is soft in design, under the foot it feels a bit too hard like you're standing on the sole of a regular shoe with a harder rubber bottom. Personally not a fan at all of these and would not recommend this particular design or brand.
