1. How satisfied are you with the hoverboard you purchased overall? Very satisfied. My kids and I both love to ride it. The battery lasts quite long. Not made for super rough terrain but we keep ours inside most of the time. 2.What problems or difficulties have you encountered in the process of using the hoverboard? We had an issue with the motor shutting down and throwing riders off soon after we recieved the hoverboard. I contacted the seller who diagnosed the problem threw my desciption and videos. He was able to send me new parts and videos to help me fix it myself. It's working great now. 3. Does the performance of the hoverboard (such as speed, range, stability, etc.) meet your expectations? The battery last a long time and can go quite fast. It struggles on rough terrain but we use it inside and on concrete. 4. Would you recommend this hoverboard to your friends or family? Why? If anyone is in the market for a hoverboard i would recommend this hoverboard. It has wide wheels for stability and you can feel that it's made durable. 5. Are you satisfied with our products or after-sales service? If there is something to be improved, please give us your valuable comments. The after-sales service was helpful although I believe they do operate outside the US in another time zone. Communication was delayed for this reason but all professional and accurate diagnosis and fixed the problem.

Got this for our 6 year old for his birthday as he has really wanted one for some time. We have a big driveway, but also a lot of grass and woods, and wanted something that would be able to handle going off-road and still be able to move. Also wanted something that I would be able to use as well (cause I'm a fun Dad!) - all without breaking the bank. Here are my thoughts on this hoverboard: PRO: Long battery life - we take it with us places and have never needed the charger Easy to use - you can put it on auto balance which makes it easier to ride, and you can limit the speed to whatever you want so that there is less chance of going out of control. Rugged - this thing has been ridden on driveway, sidewalk, grass, and light trails - it handles things like sticks and small rocks on a trail or in the grass great. Also love that I don't have to worry about him running through puddles Lights - when it's dark it's nice to be able to see where he is Speaker - it's not the best speaker, but it is fun! CONS: It's pretty heavy - it weighs like 30lbs and is a bit hard for my youngest (6) to carry too far. I don't really mind as I know that the weight is due to it being rugged, but it does mean that if they want to go outside and it's in the basement they have to wait until I can help them. The app - to be honest, the app does not work very well, had a bit of difficulty getting the hoverboard to connect. I did it for the first little bit to set the auto-balance and speed limit, but otherwise I try not to use the app. Dog poop - this has nothing to do with this hoverboard really, but one of my kids ran over dog poop with this thing and it took forever to get it all out of the wheels (they like to drive it inside too, otherwise I'd have gotten the worst and left it). I've suggested this one to several of my neighbors as a great first hoverboard that the whole family can use. Planning on getting a little cart to go on it as well and will update this once we try that out.

I purchased 2 of these for both of my boys 8 and 5. My wife and I were trying to figure out a way for them to be able to rude with all of our friends kids and keep up due to them not able to ride a bike ( medical disorder). So we purchased these boards and it's been great. They are able to ride on light duty trails, in the yard, on payment. They absolutely love them. They are holding up really well. I have had a problem with the motorboat in one of them but I reached out to customer service a d they have been right on top of it and they are going to warranty it and cover Shippping. Will definitely by thus brand again when it comes time to replace them.
