Activating the tracker was quick with the Benbengo App. I scanned the QR code on the tracking device and that was enough to add it in my Benbengo account. I plugged it in and I could start tracking immediately. The app's interface is user-friendly, allowing me to check my car's location right on the main screen and review route history. The 10-second trip auto-refresh means I get real-time tracking with accuracy. I know exactly where my car is at all times. I also receive instant notifications for over-speeding, geo-fence breaches, and any abnormal driving behavior. The Benbengo App offers me more than just basic tracking. I can check activity stats such as speed and distance, and it allows me to switch between metric and imperial units.

This is the second GPS car tracker I've tried and is the best so far. The app is easy to install and use, and installing unit is as simple as plugging it into the OBD port. The fees (8.99 monthly or 69.99 per year) are amongst the lowest. I had an issue with the first one (bad SIM card) and contacted BenBenGo by email. They responded same day asked me to try a few things. When it didn't work, they sent me a replacement which arrived in a week. That is top notch customer service. One other note, the app is continuously being updated, showing me that they are constantly working to put out the best product.

Instructions were incomplete. When the app was downloaded there was never a prompt to pay for the subscription mentioned. No phone number or website to contact for tech support. Not sure how successful our return will be, since we need to self-ship the item and are awaiting instructions on that. Do not buy this.

– just plug it into the OBD port, and then I can use it. One of the features I appreciate the most is the speeding monitoring. It alerts me if I go over the speed limit, which has made me more mindful and safe while driving. The size of the tracker is small and unobtrusive, so it doesn't get in the way at all.

. I tend to forget where I park in crowded places, but with this device, I can find my car effortlessly. The tracker is easy to install tho, just plug it into the OBD port, and it starts working immediately. Pretty nice! Also the size is small, did not take too much space of my car, nice so far
