My son's scooter stopped working after 6 months and we couldn't figure out why. I emailed the support team and was contacted quickly with advice on how to troubleshoot it. They even sent videos to make it easy to install. Their responses were always professional and helpful. They sent a new part free of charge, but unfortunately that did not fix it. Now, they are sending a new scooter for my son. The scooter had a great battery life, was fast enough for my son, easy to take to the park or grandparents, was very sturdy and never gave us a problem until it just stopped working. Got this for my grandson and assembled it in just a few minute - it is super easy to do with only 3 steps with included tools. Very high quality heavy duty materials and attention to detail such as thread locking compound on the bolts. Has a headlight and reflectors on it for safety as well as glowing LED lights. They can’t be turned off however. The handle bar is easily height adjustable and has nice grips. The coolest thing is the power control on the handle bar that allows various speed settings and is a speedometer. The accelerator and one of the brakes are mounted here as well and have a nice positive engagement. There also is a foot operated brake on the rear wheel. The non-slip covering on the main body is thick and has heavy texture. This is important for starting off on it, as you have to give a kick to get it going before the power comes in. The wheels have actual rubber tires on them rather than just hard plastic. I tested it out on a hardwood floor and they provide great grip and did not scuff the floor. I did a short run and amazingly it easily carried me and I weigh 210 lbs. This has amazing power and I am sure it will be great for a lighter child. With the adjustable speed settings it also affords them a way to gradually build up confidence with it. One last feature I really appreciate is that it breaks down easily and fits into the shipping box which is like a suitcase with a handle. I can store it neatly away until my grandson visits and not trip over it! I am very impressed with this scooter and it is an amazing value! Highly recommended! ... show more

The Gyroor H40 Kids Electric Scooter is fantastic! Assembly was incredibly easy, took just a few minutes, and everything fit perfectly. The scooter is well-built, smooth to ride, and the adjustable height makes it great for growing kids. The LED display and colorful lights are a huge hit, making rides even more exciting. This is a great little scooter. It’s our second one. The first one was for our son who was 8 at the time. I like that it has 3 different speed options bc my daughter is still operating on the lower speed. The height is easily adjustable. I don’t have the handle bars adjusted all the way down and it fits my 6 year old. The changing light strips on the side and the light on the front add a fun little touch; along with the bell.
