Box was damaged and it bent the lower fender brace which made it rub the tire. I took it off and it was fine. I'll try to bend it back or just call for a new one. Other than that I haven't figured out where the one wire is supposed to go I'll be calling CS if I don't figure it out. This is a cool scooter. I got it to ride with my dog. He is hooked. He loved going with me . I easily got 18 mph and the brakes and shocks all work well. I feel we will get ALot of use out of this and have a look fun with my dog. Love it ... show more

It comes well packed except for the little arm for the bell was missing but was taken care of immediately. We bought it to take camping with our 10pd. dog and absolutely love it so far. It stays charged for so long it's amazing and I don't hand out compliments to often. It is fast. I don't ride it on high but my husband does and loves it. The manual says to charge it every month regardless of how much battery you have so we have done that even though we haven't had too. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Wow! What a fun thing! It’s all the joy you remember riding your bike as a kid, but there’s no peddling! The build quality is very solid, but not too heavy to fold the neck and put in the back of an SUV and ride somewhere (most parks in the USA currently classify this as a bicycle and not the prohibited “motor vehicle”). We have other e-scooters from Gyroor, but the C1 Plus has a wider center basket which can accommodate a bigger dog. We have Pomeranians, so it’s just extra room (we always attach a short chain to the back of the basket to keep them from hopping out at squirrels). No dog? No problem: basket could be filled groceries or toys, or balls for a trip to the park. There is a nice sized rear basket as well, but this one is a little smaller and not as deep as the basket on the frame. This model has wider and larger tires than other scooters and that amounts to a smoother handling and less feeling of the road or gravel (should you go off-road). The rear shocks are a huge improvement as well. Very noticeable when coming from a scooter without shocks. While the top-speed is just under 19 MPH, going downhill can surpass that if you want. Your speed is displayed in the LCD screen and is easily seen even in bright daylight. There three Modes that govern the top speed: Mode 1 = 12.4 MPH Mode 2 = 15.5 MPH Mode 3 = 18.6 MPH Each press of the Mode button advances through the Modes. Holding the Mode button toggles the front headlight. This scooter has a quicker pick up than our previous models (due to the 48V/13.5AH battery). You can reach top speed very quickly at full throttle or you can cruise at a leisurely pace at 1/4 or 1/2 throttle. You can go 30 miles on a full charge and there is a 5 segment battery display to let you know how much you have spent/have left. Bike is fun to ride but, there was no instructions included. I had to use a hammer to unfold the metal flap hole where the seat bar was supposed to go in. Bike was not well made, had to buy a separate seat. Got a similar seat with the same shorter stick for $55. We also had to make a new hole for the seat so that it wouldn’t twist and move while riding it. Foot pegs need a different screw. You can screw it on, but it only goes to a specific spot before your fingers start to hurt. ... show more

Honest Review After 3 Weeks of Use Hello dear Amazon customers, I purchased this scooter online about three weeks ago, and I’d like to share my experience to help others considering this product. First off, assembling the scooter was fairly easy — no major challenges there. It comes partially charged out of the box, and for the first full charge, it took around 6 hours. In terms of performance, I’m quite impressed. The scooter has decent power; I’ve tested it carrying up to 270 lbs (123 kg), and it handled the weight without issues. However, one thing I’ve noticed and found a bit concerning is the battery indicator. When the battery is full, all four bars show on the screen. After riding around 15 to 20 miles, two of the bars drop, which seems normal. But then, the remaining two bars drain much quicker — sometimes in just 3 more miles. I’m not sure if this is a sign of battery issues or just how this model functions. Overall, it’s a solid scooter with good performance, but the battery reading and how quickly it drops in the second half might be something to consider. Hope this helps! ... show more
