We knew some assembly was required. But no manual, leaflet, QR code instructions proved. No QR Code provided to locate instructions online. Took hours to assemble. All parts were not labeled A- Z. Otherwise grandson loves il. Stable unit, used water and sand for safety.

The media could not be loaded. This basketball rack is really great. The steel pipe is thick and thick, and the base is very sturdy after being filled with water. I bought it for my 9-year-old son, and the height can be adjusted because he is not very tall. Currently, it has not been adjusted to the highest height. The item came with good packaging, nothing broken nor any scratches on the frame parts. It contains all the parts needed including the tools to do the assembly. The manual is not that clear, so you may need to read through it for a few times and make sure which bolts or nuts go to which pre-drilled holes. The number of bolts and nuts are just what needed, so no spare ones. The holes and the parts are perfectly match. It took me about 1.5 hr to finish everything set up. The hoop is really sturdy and with the base filled up with water, it is heavy enough not to be moved by wind. The board is made of strong plastic, so I am not expecting it not to be broken as my old one. The adjustable stand need some effort to change the height, but it is really good for kids and adults height. The only concern is the fully assembly height to so high that I could not move it into the garage. ... show more

The holes were no exactly lined up evenly and one of the bolts were bad! Was a gift for my grandson and shouldn’t of been so difficult to put together!

I purchased this for my son. He likes to play with it when he can. Good product overall. We have it at the lower height for now, and am glad for the different heights. We used water for the base, it had a leak at the seam in one of the corners. So we will be using sand instead.

I would not waste my money on this basketball goal again. We’ve had it 3 months and the plexiglass backboard has already broken off where the ball hits behind the hoop. The net is also ripped almost completely off. Absolutely unacceptable for a $250 price point.
