I'm in upstate New York. Hot summers, heavy snow. Our last gazebo had a single solid roof – turned into a sauna in July, and the snow load bent the top. This one is different. The double-layer ventilated roof is a game changer. Air circulates, so it stays cool even at 3pm. No blinding glare either. Last winter we got about 4 inches of snow – the roof held perfectly. It's rated for 60kg per square meter, and I believe it. The dual-track curtains and mosquito net are a nice bonus. Keeps bugs out in summer and gives privacy when neighbors are outside. Assembly was noticeably quicker – they cut roof panel types from 20 down to 8. Two of us plus a neighbor did it in a weekend. The included gloves saved some sore hands. We were missing a couple of screws, but it is easy to buy. Anchors for concrete and grass came in the box (wood deck stakes sold separately – we have a deck, so I ordered those). Comes with a 1-year warranty too. Would buy again.

We've gone through three cheap canopies in five years. Finally bought this 10x12 hardtop and wish we'd done it sooner. The space is perfect – fits our 8-person dining set plus a grill station with room to walk around. The double metal roof keeps it cool and glare-free. Our old canopy was unbearable by 2pm. The dual-track curtains surprised me. Didn't think we'd use the mosquito net much, but summer evenings are actually enjoyable now. The UV curtains block the western sun nicely. Assembly took two of us and a friend about 6 hours – they say 40% fewer steps, and I believe it. Roof panels went together fast. Came with expansion bolts for our concrete patio and ground stakes for the lawn area. We were missing one bolt, but customer service replied within a day and sent it. The 1-year warranty feels legit. The black finish hasn't peeled or rusted after 8 months. If you're tired of replacing fabric canopies every season, just get this. Highly recommend.

Live in Florida, so bugs are basically our state bird. Always wanted a gazebo but hated those cheap netting curtains that rip in a month. This one solved it. The double tracks have heavy mosquito netting attached with Velcro – tight fit, no gaps. And the UV curtains slide separately. Three modes: open, screened, or fully closed. Last weekend we had a cookout and stayed under here until midnight – zero bites, and the curtains blocked the neighbor's floodlights. The ventilated double roof is no joke either. Our old solid-top gazebo was an oven by noon. Under this 10x12, air flows through and there's no harsh glare. Assembly was faster than I expected – fewer roof panel types. Two of us and a drill did it in a day. We were missing one washer, but that's minor. Comes with anchors for concrete and grass. Snow? Don't get that here, but it held up fine in a thunderstorm. Highly recommend.
