Overall would recommend and purchase again. Worth the price and the customer service is some of the best I’ve seen! From the beginning: arrived a week early which was a nice surprise. The outer box was dinged up but they do a great job packaging it so the actual unit was in perfect shape. I had an initial issue with the passcode. Customer service couldn’t have been more helpful offering written assistance, video explanations and offer of video call to trouble shoot. The kicker; I had goofed and missed a step, they were still so kind and understanding! There was a small issue but the door but was easily remedied with the help of their after-sales team. Customer service is very prompt, courteous, helpful and fair. This customer service and dedication has made me a dedicated customer! The safe would easily hold 5 rifles, the lock box on top is a nice size. The safe as a whole is sturdy and secure. If you’re looking for a solid rifle safe at a good price point, this is it in my opinion!

Door is sturdy but materials are cheap and thin😕 for the price it’s understandable but design is poor the bottom and top is held on by 4 self tapping screws not even a bolt with Nylon filled washers etc ….. corner came with dent but it didn’t effect function so I kept it. For the price, it keeps my children away from getting into my firearms/ammunition. I could pry/ hit this apart with a screw-driver or a hammer In a matter of a couple of minutes no problems 🤭 The box is so light- After arrival, my 11 year-old carried-in the package until I get home and brought it to the second floor. It’s more like a sheet metal gun cabinet with a door resembles a safe. that is no insulation or fireproofing, Ceramic fiber or fiberglass insulation material would be a good idea for the maker to include in the double layer I would even pay double the price even if it’s a 20 minute Fire retardant Capability….. Altogether for the price It’s OK to have if you have children, but there’s no way it can keep out burglar or a teenager who is determined enough And maybe tooled up with a screwdriver.

The media could not be loaded. It seems like this item has an overly inflated quality reviews, most likely thanks to bots. The item itself was easy to set up and had decent structure to it BUT it stopped working within a couple months of ownership. The biometric stopped reading specific fingerprint and would "unlock" for any finger, even after having been reset multiple times. Even more annoying, the handle just started to do a 240 degree swivel and because of that it no longer locks or is capable of locking. A gun locker that can't lock is useless....... I notified the customer service and they offered me a 10% discount.................... That's only before they provided me with a link that wouldn't open and requiring videos and images that couldn't be uploaded due to the significantly low Max MB (5 MB) set on the messenger.

Con esta caja fuerte tengo una relación de amor y odio porque me gusta el concepto me gusta tener huella dactilar y poder abrir tan fácil pero al mismo tiempo siento que no le han dado la suficiente profundidad y no han pensado en las armas que usan mira telescópica, todas mis Armas largas usan mira telescópicas y es una batalla para poder acomodarlas. Por otra parte del sistema de alarma por movimiento no funciona bien, le eh hecho algunas pruebas y sólo se ha disparado en dos ocasiones el resto de las veces no ha funcionado sin embargo la alarma por huella dactilar incorrecta funciona muy bien. El otro problema el cual me molesta bastante es que el arma que tengo es de 29 pulgadas y no puedo apoyarla sobre el soporte que trae por dentro la caja fuerte porque lo han puesto demasiado alto, creo que pudieron haber puesto dos soportes o uno que tuviera mayor movilidad. Otra cosa que si me encanta es que tenga una llave electrónica de repuesto en caso de qué se acaben las baterías. En conclusión es un producto muy bueno pero creo que tendrán que hacer muchas mejoras aún.

Perfect for two rifles and 3 pistols. Plus ammo and cash and stash. One rifle fits in at an angle and the other about the same. Doesn’t leave much room for a third rifle. However I can fit ammo boxes on the bottom and on the top shelf. The inside lock compartment fits valuables decently. The fingerprint is the cherry on top for easy access.
