Good quality mattress encasement, easy to put on for one person (just tip the mattress up and slide it on like a sock and then tip it down to seal it up), doesn't make the mattress too hot and doesn't crinkle). I have a 13 inch pillow top mattress and this has plenty of room, I also like the zipper cover but I have not verified if the encasement is waterproof or not but I would believe it is.
