Software installation on iPhone was a nightmare. Asks for “mailbox,” or email address interchangeable, then adds “+1” to the front and “sends” a verification code—needless to say it doesn’t work. Compelled to give AppleID to download. the whole thing is totally amateuristic and inoperable. The camera—I’ve yet to see it work, is the cheapest plastic imaginable. The “off/on” buttons displayed in the image are not present, instead a shoddy plastic tab is i place. Total junk. ... show more

This camera would not connect to my phone or my WIFI, the app that came with it messed up my phone with pop up advertisements that I couldn't delete these pop ups either. Had to turn phone off and back on to get around these un wanted pop up solicitations. Bad experience
