I have had this chair for what turns out to be 2 years (I didn't realize until I started writing this). I initially bought another chair around the same price and I never received it. I asked for a refund, never got one, and, long story short, I ordered this chair instead. It was a blessing in disguise because it is way more comfortable and supportive of big people than I realized. I have 6'7" and around 330 lb friends that sit in it comfortably for hours. I put 4 stars on comfortability because the bottom seat itself isn't the most comfortable that I've ever experienced, but that's because of the sturdiness of the frame and probably due to a very slight lack of cushion/foam. Never switching back to a regular office chair. The way the chair hugs you like with a racer seat feels really good when gaming for long sessions and the room on top for your head to lean back onto is pleasing. I game for long hours everyday and this chair feels really nice to sit in. Not to mention it is very aesthetically pleasing to look at! I chose this specific one over the other GTRacing chairs because I like the look of it the most. The color matching stitching looks and feels so solid and premium. 2 YEAR UPDATE: Its now November 2021 and I can honestly say the chair looks just as good as it did on day 1. None of the stitching has come loose anywhere, colors haven't faded, it really does still look good! The only thing is that the cushion on the seat has definitely shrunk and it's not as plush anymore, but I think that is to be expected on any kind of chair after a couple years of constant use everyday. Surprisingly, both pillows haven't seen to lose any comfort and still look and feel as they did on day 1. Very happy with how the chair has held up! ... show more

    • Chair is great, cushions could use some changing though
I assembled the chair in less than half an hour, which is to say that the instructions and assembly are pretty simple. The cushions that go on the chair fit like a dream, but, however do no feel like a dream. With the cushions on the chair your back *can't* reach the chair itself. Furthermore, the cushion for your head/neck only reaches the very base of my neck at my shoulder blades. As I am at about the 6' area in way of height, with 160 lbs the chair -cushions is great, the arms could be higher, but are just barely above level with my desk; making it optimal for preventing carpal tunnel. Wrapping on arrival was pretty good, and overall organization of hardware for assembly was amazingly simple when paired with directions. As it's the first day, stress testing isn't done yet, but first impressions are really good ... show more

    • Solid chair for the price
We received our chair very quickly even having ordered it during the busy Christmas rush. The box the chair was shipped in was pretty badly damaged in transit but all the pieces were there and the chair itself not damaged. My son (age 14) was able to put the chair together easily and is very pleased with it. It seems to be a solidly built chair and rolls nicely. My son is 5’7’ and 215 so he was concerned that it wouldn’t be wide enough for his thighs. He can sit in it very comfortably and with no pressure from the armrests on his legs at all. The seat and back material is surprisingly thick, not flimsy, and looks as if it would be fairly durable. So far so good! ... show more

    • EDIT: Company stepped up and fixed problem!
EDIT:: I was contacted by the company they did send a replacement back and the armature that makes the back move which apparently was the culprit all along they saw the pictures I sent them and deemed it to be defective! chair works perfectly now !! Chair did not even last 5 months , back broke about 3 weeks ago This was supposed to be a gaming chair only last about 4 1/2 months very. Cheaply made! ... show more

    • Ok chair, but wouldnt recommend for large people
This chair is nice to the eye, very sturdy, holds me just fine, but the lower cushion leaves a bit to be desired in the padding. I wish these manufacturers would stop cheaping out and start using memory foam in the cushions. My partner bought me this chair and i weigh 300lbs and im 6'2", dont expect to be comfy in this chair for more than a couple hours at a time. It hurts my tail bone after a while and cuts the circulation off on the backs of my legs. If your a light person and using this for occasional gaming its great, but if you sit in it long term and you are large, i woudnt recommend this. You get what ya pay for, I spent $350 and just bought a recliner,Ill be far more comfortable , and giving this chair to my partner for her office work. Hopefully one day people will get a clue not to cheap out on the padding instead of making them look pretty. ... show more

The first gaming chair I bought was because it looked cool. This purchase was backed by research. I researched different chairs that supported people who were 200lbs+, and came across this one. I felt confident but still didn't know what to expect. When it came I immediately knew that I made the right choice. It's sturdy, well built, COMFORTABLE, and easy to put together. They recommend you have 2 people put it together but I took my time and put it together myself. I will definitely purchase this brand of chairs in the future, Great buy. I have owned several of these Gaming Chairs - including much more expensive ones. THIS ONE is perfect for me to sit in comfortably - FINALLY. I am 5'7", about 180 lbs - If you are a lot bigger than that you may not like the fit. The chair looks very nice - the Quality is good for the price - I highly recommend it if you are about my size and like to spend long hours sitting, doing anything like gaming or working in front of a computer monitor.
