Received the product today and installed it in about 30-45 minutes. Instruction manual is very, very clear on what to do (and easy). If you’re skeptical about buying this chair because of the 1-3 star reviews, don’t be. It is a very comfortable chair- the lumbar support for your back is quite a nice pillow, not too hard or soft. The head/neck pillow is perfect- maybe a little too loose (not tight against the chair). The speakers are placed on the rear of the head part of the chair (not on the inside) but are very clear and work very well. Overall this chair is great for the price. Maybe I just got lucky and got a good one out of the bunch, but so far I love it and I plan on continuing to love it. *Update- 2.5 months into the chair. Still super comfortable, speakers work great. Somehow the whole back part of the chair is loose and wobbles back and forth (obviously not noticeable sitting in the chair). I’m about 100% sure I just didn’t tighten the screw down enough or something along those lines. Make sure you completely and correctly tighten the screws.

I tried 2 similar chairs before settling on this one. The reason this chair won over the others is because it has arm rests that move. Other models I tried (not the brand) has set arms, which was awkward for certain desk. The Bluetooth speaker is a gimmick. It’s too small for any quality sound, but I knew that going in. One con, this chair seems it was designed for slinder Asian gamers or high schoolers. Perhaps I don't understand the model's ergonomic intentions, but the winging shoulder supports force me to roll my shoulders forward. Upper cross syndrome anyone? For example, When I sit down, my shoulders touch the upper part of the wing. If you try and engage your serratus, you'll find your mid back is pulled off its support. You could toss the pillow behind your midback for support, but this is just asking for long term problems. I would try another model, but I’m tired of assembling chairs and shipping them back. Great chair ergonomic if you have a small shoulder width. If you're 6'1, stay clear. i really wish I could love this chair - and please correct me if I'm wrong understanding the ergonomics. But for $150 they should have been clearer in the shoulder width limitation, so only 4 out of 5 stars

I bought one of these chairs a couple of years ago. The new version is more sleek, not puffy like the older versions. LOVE the speakers in the headrest. I didn't think these would make much difference, but they do. I'm taking classes, so listening to hours of video lectures is much nicer this way. I can hear the professor's voices more clearly.

It’s super comfy and super cute! I’m 4’11 and tiny I was worried about it being abit scratched up from it being delivered so far but it all came together perfectly. I will say it takes 2 to put it together! 🎀💗

So far so good, it's good for long periods of sitting at the PC. I really enjoy the speaker system, connected to my phone in a heartbeat. The arm rest really suck. Very uncomfortable and cheaply made, has a real bad feel to them. I will probably remove them. I had my prostate ripped out by the roots 6 months ago. I can sit in this chair for extended periods without pain. So for that I give it a 5. Note to the MFG, make a better quality arm rest. I assembled it by my self, it's easy.

I really like this chair. The lumbar support is great, and the pillows comfortable. Its sturdy, and a great material. Well built and well made. The speaker system is decent but not quite as loud as my laptop, but still loud. Volume aside music and gaming noises come out beautifully and clear. The blue tooth is easy to set up and can reach fairly far across the house. You can play from any computer with blue tooth enabled or a cellphone and tablet. I tried all 3 and found each to be great. My only complaint is the head rest is a little short for me. I'm 6ft 1in and I have to stretch it up to fit in the right spot. At 5ft 6in my wife had a similar experience. Assembly took about 20 minutes. It was pretty straight forward and came with every piece I needed including the hex-wrench.

This is my first gaming chair and I feel so comfortable with it. I love that there is Bluetooth Speakers behind the chair which are decent but not too loud. I love the Black and Blue color combinations. It helps a lot for my streaming sessions and I don't have to hunch forward like I did with my previous desk chair. If this is your first gaming chair it does take time to get used to especially with both pillows. Instructions are crystal clear and took about an hour tops to complete. I was so happy after building it that I shared it on social media as well for the company to see! :)
