I bought this chair for my 13 year old boys birthday. Assembly was easy and it’s a very nice looking chair. The box was a little destroyed from delivery - but is not a negative toward Amazon or the supplier. The chair was I damaged, thankfully. He loves it, it’s very sturdy and comfortable. His dad has sat in as well and it fits him very well also!

The media could not be loaded. you have to set it up but honestly the instructions are pretty clear, it took me like 30-45 minutes to put it all together and the speaker is actually pretty loud and good quality, definitely worth it !

The color is perfect; assembly was straight forward; pillows, arm rest covers, Bluetooth connection, and chair itself all work well and are in good shape. The only negative I have so far is that the arm rests are a bit far apart, don't get high enough, and rotate a bit too easily. The fact that they do rotate, though, makes up for the height-issue enough to use it with the desk and keyboard I have, but if my set-up were different it would be a deal-breaker. I am 5'7" and my arms are long, and I have hypermobile shoulders so I need good support. I also use the neck pillow along with the lumbar pillow because the lumbar pillow is too small for me. I haven't ever come across a gaming chair like this that actually supports correct back and neck posture, though. It's good enough for me. High-point is that the pink is SO CUTE!

I did not regret getting this chair. Assembling this chair is so easy. The cushion seat is comfortable. The backrest is made of mesh is also comfortable and does not hurt my already bad back.

For A 5'11 250 pound guy this chair is pretty hard to beat for the money. Good size, a bit taller in its tallest than a good bit of chairs which i like. Seems stable so far and no loud creaks (yet)

I’ve had this chair for 3 months now and it’s been everything I’ve wanted out of a gaming chair! I spend most of my time at my desk playing games or doing homework and it’s perfect. It used to be painful to sit for hours on my previous chair but that’s all history with this one. Also, the Bluetooth speakers have really great quality and they’re quite loud. Last thing, I read reviews saying that it was a two person job to assemble, but I assembled this thing on my own so if I can you can too!!

I bought two of these chairs in 2022 based on a friend's recommendation and also the reviews here on Amazon. I selected this particular chair because it says it's weight limit is 350 lbs. Both my partner and I are overweight so I wanted a chair that would last. These did not last. They weren't that hard to put together. I built each of them in an evening. Mine was the first to go. (it's the one in the photos I made for Gtracing Support.) The back began to torque and bend. I didn't notice until I started having intense back pain after about 4 months! I contacted Gtracing Support who ran me around in circles asking for photos and more photos and then videos of the chair. I finally gave up, which is what I suspect they wanted. I got a new chair. The second one, my wife's, went almost exactly a year after purchase. She also started having back pain and we looked at her chair and also found the frame is bending, just in a different place that mine did. We'll be getting her a new chair too. So, I'm out $350 and I own two snazy-looking but broken chairs. So disappointed in the chairs and Gtracing's support! Buyer beware.
